"The host , Brian, was responsive, the place was as discribed. Right on the beach very close to Christiansted, & grocery stores (i would recomend Pueblos). Sugar beach is centrally located on the island so it was a great location. We visited 9 beaches when we were there & Sugar beach was good for short walks. We felt very safe while there."

"We spent 8 days on island and this was the perfect home base for the week. It's not fancy, but it has updated amenities, it's clean, comfortable, has everything you need, (including beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels) minutes from Christiansted-but away from the crowds. When we had questions we just texted the owner and she responded within minutes. Definitely recommend if you're on a mid-range budget. It's worth every penny..."

With there only being AC units in the bedrooms the common areas did get quite warm during the day. I was traveling with a small child so sometime this was tough. I would recommend this place."
