1) This property is non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 fee per day will be assessed.

2) There is outdoor surveillance for the safety and security of guests and for the property.

3) Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am, please follow the local noise ordinance and be respectful of the neighbors.

4) No Hunting on the property

6)  No pets allowed at the property.

7)Please remember to thoroughly check all your belongings before leaving. If  you forget something and want it shipped back to you, we can do that for $25 plus postage.
