Thank you for a wonderful stay. The home was lovely, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed our trip to the mighty five and while staying in Richfield we also got to visit Mystic Hot Springs and Pando. Thank you again for the perfect end to our long trip!
It says it all that my wife, as we were were leaving, said, “this is a nice place. Can we stay here again!” Room to get together and room to separate.
Close to shopping, fishing, and adventure trips.
This was one of my best stay ever in Richfield area. Very well kept house, . Everything inside was brand new. Kitchen was fully stocked . There was ample private parking on-site. We were just four but there was enough space
For at least 4 more people. From every room there was a mountain view.
I guarantee you can’t complain about anything inside unless you are a habitual complainer😀
Owner was super prompt and courteous in responding my calls and text.
This is going to be my only vacation rental if I am in capital reef, and Richfield area.
The house worked well for our family. We did have a couple of incidents with our taller son's hitting their heads on some of the really low doors in the house...after a few times, they paid more attention and it wasn't an issue.
I am not sure if there have been cats in the house or just because it is an older home, but a couple of our kids had horrible allergies while there.
The house is clean, they provided infant seats / high chairs for our little ones, and had toys for the kids to play with. The host was great. All in all, a great experience.
We loved staying at the home. It was very inviting and was bigger than i expected. We washed dishes by hand because it seemed some of the utinsels were not real clean. That was really the only down side but i don't mind doing dishes. The host was very prompt answering my call when we got locked out... my bad, not her fault at all! Hopefully we can stay again some day. Charming and very welcoming. Everybody wants a house just like it when they grow up. Including my 35 year old daughter. Lol!
Thank you, Linda Allred

Too much air freshener
The house could have cleaner. It seemed in disarray. The worst problem is that there was such a strong order of Fabreze or similar product that it made staying at the house very unpleasant. Our allergies were acting up the whole time. Many windows were not operating so it was hard to air the house out. We left a day earlier than we had planned, being willing to forego the money than breathe in the air.
We loved this cute house so much!! The charm of a historic house with all the upgrades with modern appliances. Very spacious. Clean and inviting. We definitely want to stay here again!!
The property exceeded our expectations, which were high based on the photos. Owner great to work with and appreciated the early entry on our arrival. Thanks so much for having us!
This is the second time we have stayed here and both times could not have been better. The house is very clean and was perfect for the four of us. Room for many more two bedrooms were not used. Location was perfect with many of the rides we took leaving right from the house.
I would highly recommend this house.
We had a wonderful stay in this spacious house! There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, crockpot. The beds were all comfortable and big spacious rooms. We would definitely stay here again!
We were three middle-aged women looking for a quiet place to sew to our hearts’ content. (No judging! We are young and laugh a lot.) This place met all our expectations and more. The house itself is so quaint and they’ve done a great job remodeling. We were really impressed with what a fun family gathering place it would be with its’ kid-friendly atmosphere, bedroom set-up, and long kitchen table. The yard was fun (Mr. Owens -?- who did yard maintenance was very friendly!) and the location was perfect and quiet. I would stay here again in a heart-beat!
This is the perfect place to stay in Richfield. We usually stay at the Fairfield and thought we'd book this place instead since it was less expensive. It did not disappoint. The beds were super comfortable. The furniture is all newer and really comfortable as well. The house was immaculate. We ended up misplacing the key to the house and were locked out. Stephanie went above and beyond and brought a spare key within 20 minutes. I can't say enough good things about this property. We hope to stay here next time we're in town. Thank you!
PS: you should charge more. This place is a bargain!
We enjoyed meeting family here for a few days to hang out and hike. The house is well appointed and taken care of. Communication was perfect. We chose Richfield as our home base because we saw it had the basics re: grocers and places to eat. (Don't miss the Ideal Dairy for some ice cream, btw.)
Although the town seems to have run across some rough economic times, people were friendly and we felt safe. The house is the nicest in its area, but was in need of a little outdoor readying for the season.
Overall a great place to stay for 6 adults or so (limited only by the size and number of bathrooms.)

Arrived to find that the property had not even been cleaned. No beds had been made, sheets on the floor in front of the washer. Front door doesn't lock. Demanded a refund for that night and also wanted a refund for the next week that we had booked for our return home. They refused a refund for the next stay and given that this was entirely their fault, I found their response disgusting. Will never stay again and will list comments everywhere.

The home was not cleaned before arrival. No sheets on any of the beds. Sheets on floor in laundry room and hadn't even been washed. Beds completely unmade, House not even picked up much less cleaned. We refused to stay. Still waiting for a complete refund, Disgusting.
We picked this property in Richfield to meet with friends from St George to Salt Lake. The house had tons of room, plenty of sleeping area, and worked great for our crew. Would visit again

Needs maintenance
One of the reasons we picked this house was seeing the fireplace in the living room. Unfortunately the fireplace was not functional that should be listed about the property. Also the icemaker in the refrigerator was not functioning and some lightbulbs in a dark stairway we’re not working. It appears that the house needs a little attention with maintenance
