"We had a traveler who needed a first floor room or access to an elevator. I forgot to include it with my reservation. When we got there, we had a 2nd floor room with no elevator. I was going to have to make reservations elsewhere and not use my (non-refundable) reservation there. The staff was able to contact another room and upgrade them in order to give us the first floor room. I was very grateful to him for his quick thinking and kindness."

"Nice inside and out. It’s difficult to climb up and down the ladder from the Loft, especially at night. Queen bed in the Bedroom is comfy but small. We would have preferred a King with other furniture instead. "
