"This is a great place to stay in Christchurch near the botanical gardens and a lovely walk to the city center. I wish we could have taken advantage of the included breakfast on our last day but our flights were changed and we had to depart before it opened. Friendly staff and wonderful warm cookies. The rooms are a little dated and there was some rubbish that was not picked up for a period of time. I would definitely stay here again"

"The studio with king bed was very spacious and quiet, and well equipped….i have stayed in the one bedroom apartment before which was on the street side and was noisy at night time but the studio was on the other side and was very quiet and had a nice outlook to the garden area….would stay again "

"The room was basic but tiddy qith good pillow selection. Shower was very nice and comfortable. Lighting made the room very dinghy, cleaners started as early as 7am and very noisey, a small movement from another guest like showers made it hard to hear the tv. Very difficult to access property due to road works which was not made apparent to customers. The whole aurrounds feels a but run down and somewhat dangerous feeling at night time. "

"The unit was lovely, tidy, clean and nice decor. A few small areas in entryway that could do with a paint touch up. Outside is superficially tidy but closer to shows a few areas around the bottom of the units and the stairs could do with more than a lick of paint. These details are not negative comments just would enhance the area. Staff very helpful when required. A carving or cooking knife would be a good addition to the cutlery. Kitchenette very tidy and well presented. Very comfortable stay....
