Appartement bien situé mais pas très propre. Musique très forte tous les soirs jusqu’à 00h 45 des clubs de vacances à côté de l’appartement.

Toller Ausgangspunkt um die schönste Region Italiens ( Kalabrien) zu besuchen
Die Wohnung ist für 5-6 Personen groß genug und der Ausblick vom Balkon mega super. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, hat uns gute Tips gegeben, wo wir gut essen können und wo die tollen Aussichten sind. Wir hatten um uns herum tolle Nachbarschaft, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Strand war ca. 300 m von der Unterkunft entfernt; das Wasser zum Verlieben. Andere Strände sind mit dem Auto nicht so weit und gut erreichbar. Wir werden Herrn M.‘s Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Tolle Wohnung in super schöner Lage.
Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen und gleich mit einem ganz leckeren Essen bei unserer Ankunft versorgt, so was nettes haben wir noch nie in einer Ferienunterkunft erlebt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es gibt 3 Balkone, der Hauptbalkon hat wunderschönen Meerblick. Die Umgebung ist wirklich einmalig und man kann zu Fuß zum Strand gehen, hinunter gut zu schaffen nur wieder hoch etwas anstrengend. Da wir mit Auto angereist sind konnten wir auch all die schönen Strände und Buchten in der Umgebung so wie das wunderschöne Tropea besuchen, das lohnt sich auf jeden Fall und deswegen würden wir einen Mietwagen empfehlen wenn man nicht mit eigenem Auto anreist. Leider war eine Woche sehr schnell vorbei, wir wären so gerne noch länger geblieben. Wir bedanken uns noch einmal recht herzlich bei den lieben Vermietern für die nette Gastfreundschaft.

VACANZA A CAPO VATICANO
Questa esperienza d'affitto è stata un po' diverse da tutte le altre. Abbiamo incontrato durante il nostro periodo di affitto un paio di inconvenienti tecnici, come è normale che capiti in una casa. In questo caso la cosa più importante è la presenza, l'efficienza e la reattività del proprietario per una veloce risoluzione. In questo caso noi siamo stati abbastanza fortunati, tutto si è risolto. Per il resto devo dire che la posizione dell'appartamento per la vita di mare è strategica e gode di un panorama stupefacente. Alla fine direi.... ottimo per una vacanza da mare.

Vacanza fantastica.! Grazie al proprietario e la moglie(persone molto ospitali cortese e gentili)che ci hanno permesso di soggiornare due settimane nel posto più bello che io abbia mai visto... La casa era pulita in ottime condizioni e con tutte le comodità e per non parlare della splendida vista dal balcone credo proprio che ci ritorneremo volentieri l'anno prossimo.... Heerlijk ruim en supermooi en ideaal gelegen appartement !
The Apartment is super spatious and the situation is perfect. We were only with the two of us , but for 4-6 people also possible !, really short walk to the beach ( wonderfull beach with several nice beach- restaurants!) , from Santa Maria , the little village you can reach several interesting places like Tropea/Pizzo, and Stilo , the other wonderfull beach : Grotticelle , We can really recommend this place ! We had a great time !, Thank you Domenico :))

Sehr schöne Woche!
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und ruhige Woche, da die Saison noch nicht angefangen hatte. Das Wetter war trotzdem optimal und wir konnten die Gegend, den Strand, das Meer und das Essen genießen. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und man hat alles was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und waren sofort da, als mal ein Problem auftauchte. Vielen Dank.

Sehr schöner und entspannter Urlaub!!
Das Appartment liegt sehr gut zu erreichen an der Hauptstraße des kleinen Örtchen Santa Maria. Es hat eine einfache aber zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Genial sind die drei Balkone und der Hauptbalkon verfügt sogar über einen fantastischen Meerblick. Für den PKW gibt es genügend Stellplätze in einem komplett eingezäunten Areal. Top Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis bei völlig unkomplizierter Abwicklung. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Una vacanza rilassante in un contesto meraviglioso con un panorama molto bello sul mare di Santa Maria, costa Calabra e nelle giornate più nitide anche la punta della Sicilia: proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili abbiamo trovato tutto come descritto pulito e ordinato. Fantastico il terrazzino con vista mare che ci mancherà nella nostra Torino. Grazie sig. Domenico per aver custodito il cassone della macchina e ringrazi ancora sua moglie per la cortese ospitalità ....le bimbe non vedono l'ora di tornare quindi .... Arrivederci a presto ... Qui in vacanze alla seconda volta
Restavo nell'appartamento alla seconda volta. Come prima le condizioni erano ottimi! E perché sono arrivato più tardi in quest'anno (in effetti per la seconda settimana di giugno) anche ero fortunato con un bel tempo e l'acqua calda - godevo tanto dei mare e sole sulle spiagge. Di nuovo vorrei ringraziare il proprietario per le sue gentilezza, disponibilità e volontà di aiutare in tutte le cose. Sto ricordando con gran piacere il tempo passato dal Sig Domenico.

Vacanze ne ho fatte molte e con varie sistemazioni ma quella trascorsa dal 1° al 22 giugno 2014 nella casa del Sig. MAZZITELLI rimarrà nella mia memoria per sempre, per vari motivi: per la bellezza del luogo, per la comodità della sistemazione, per l'ottimo prezzo, per la gentilezza del proprietario e della sua signora. Il terrazzo dell'appartamento è stato il mio rifugio ideale per poter godere appieno i miei sigari toscani. Spero di trovare posto anche l'anno prossimo.

Bella Calabria, bella Baia Santa Maria
Avevo le mie vacanze in Calabria alla fine del mese di maggio del 2014 ed ho affittato quest’appartamento. In effetti ci sono i due appartamenti – il primo (A) ha una vista al giardino ed il secondo (B) ha una vista al mare. Poiché mi piace il mare molto ho scelto B. Oltre questo fatto gli appartamenti più o meno sono uguali (anche se B è più grande). Al primo posto vorrei dire grazie mille al proprietario – Domenico Mazzitelli, che è una persona molto gentile, cordiale e sempre pronta ad aiutare – mi aiutava e consigliava in tutti gli affari e problemi. Poiché è un po’ difficile alla prima volta trovare la casa in macchina ha proposto mi incontrare a Vibo Valentina perché era là a quel tempo. Anche con il suo permesso sono rimasto per un giorno più gratis poiché gli altri clienti venivano più tardi. Ecc., ecc. Se dire all’appartamento - è pulito, comodo, spazioso e completamente attrezzato - ha tutto necessario per soggiorno. C’è un parcheggio coperto e sicuro (il cancello è chiuso durante la notte). C'è un giardino privato con piante esotiche di fronte alla casa. Che bello prendere un aperitivo seduto in giardino e guardare al mare! I limoni dal giardino usavo per il tè. La spiaggia lunga sabbiosa di Santa Maria è certamente soltanto in pochi metri dalla casa. Ma anche il Capo Vaticano con sue baie meravigliose non è lontano ed andavo lì in bici. In effetti la bici è abbastanza per andare nei dintorni (alle spiagge, negozi, sul paesino ecc.) anche qui ci sono colline dunque a volte primo sali ad una collina a piedi e dopo scendi in bici. Al contrario per andare a Tropea (circa 7 chilometri) è meglio usare la macchina anche se sempre usavo il trasporto pubblico - il treno od il pullman (tra l’altro, nella stagione alta parcheggiare a Tropea è un problema serio). Purtroppo in primavera del 2014 faceva freddo in tutta l’Italia ed il mare era freddo anche in Calabria in maggio (un caso straordinario). Con questa ragione ahimè non facevo il bagno molto. Però seguendo i consigli di Domenico usavo del tempo per viaggi alle isole Eolie, in Sicilia ed ai boschi limitrofi nel parco nazionale Sila – per i tali viaggi l’auto è necessario. Purtroppo il tempo qui sono passato velocemente e ho dovuto partire con le mie impressioni belle ed un desiderio di ritornare. Yury.

Tutto belissimo !
Il mio treno arrivato alle 6,30 di mattino il proprietario ha incontrato alla stazione. Il appartamento e' grande, bello, pulito e molto comodo. Il mare e' molto vicino. Il appartamento con una bella terrazza con vista sul mare e con piccolo giardino privato. Il padrone e` molto gentile e accesibile. Se non volete godere il mare necessario avere una machina. Andrey

Una casa attrezzata per le vacanze
La casa è in posizione rialzata (come molti degli alloggi e dei villaggi turistici della zona) e ha una bella vista sul mare: per la spiaggia bisogna scendere per un piccolo tratto, asfaltato e percorribile anche a piedi: da 4 a 7 minuti dalla casa all'ombrellone (fornito dal proprietario), con bambini che camminano molto lentamente. L'appartamento era pulito, la fornitura di stoviglie abbondante e i letti comodi. Anche con le finestre chiuse ci arrivavano la musica e l'animazione serale dei villaggi turistici, ma non ci ha mai impedito il sonno. Il mare era cristallino e adatto anche ai bambini, ma occasionalmente erano presenti meduse. Nelle immediate vicinanze è possibile fare la spesa, ma abbiamo preferito muoverci con l'auto per avere più scelta. Il luogo è anche una buona base per visitare le spiagge ed i paesi dei dintorni. Siamo molto soddisfatti. The house is in a raised position (as many housing and resorts in the area) and has a nice view of the sea: to reach the beach we must get down for a short distance, paved and passable on foot: it takes 4 - 7 minutes from house to beach umbrella (provided by owner), with children walking very slowly. The apartment was clean, with ample equipment of tableware and cooking pots and with comfortable beds . We perceived also with the windows closed the evening entertainment from the resorts, but this has never prevented our sleep. The sea was crystal clear and suitable for children, but occasionally there were jellyfish. Nearby you can do your shopping, but we preferred to use the car to have more choice. The place is also a good base for exploring the beaches and towns of the surroundings. We recommend this accomodation.

Vacanza stupenda!
"I proprietari sono persone estremamente gentili, disponibili ed accoglienti. L''appartamento, pulito, spazioso e confortevole è ben fornito di tutto ciò di cui si ha necessità durante il soggiorno: Una cucina ben fornita di stoviglie, piatti e pentole, asse e ferro da stiro, lavatrice ed addirittura ombrellone. La bellissima spiaggia di Santa Maria di Ricadi, dalle acque turchesi e cristalline, dista solo 100 metri dall''appartamento ed è ovviamente raggiungibile a piedi attraverso una scalinata privata ed un breve tratto di strada. La posizione strategica dell''appartamento consente di poter raggiungere facilmente in auto anche tutte le altre bellissime spiagge ed attrattive di Capo Vaticano e la rinomata cittadina di Tropea. Siamo stati pienamente soddisfatti della nostra vacanza a Capo vaticano e se potessimo ci torneremmo subito! "

Ottima fornitura di padelle, pentole, posate, bicchieri, piatti, ecc ecc. Vicinissimi al mare, a pochi passi dall''abitazione! ampia balconata tanto da poter mangiare fuori !! barbecue in giardibo per poter grigliare!! nessun rumore durante la notte!! Se vogliamo essere pignolissimi, unico neo non aver trovato all'arrivo un po d'acqua o un po di sale! per il resto tutto perfetto! consiglio vivamente!!!!
