"This property is exactly as advertised, and has a great view of the Caribbean waters and some of the rest of the Grenadines. The owners of the place are also very kind, attentive, and quick to respond in case of any trouble or need for help regarding anything and everything. One thing to note is that this property can feel a little far from the main areas of Bequia found around the port. So it is good to keep in mind that a taxi may be required for use when staying at this wonderful house. "

"All the privacy you could ask for. View of the Atlantic was beautiful. Kitchen well appointed and home nicely decorated. Now, it’s time for the owner to do some maintenance. 1 a/c until (in media room) did not work at all. Another a/c unit it the other wing dripped water inside and made a mess. Quite a few light switches did not work. There is a trick to the washing machine that was not told to us until late in the day before we left and with no dryer, our clothes wouldn’t have dried. "Flamingo Villa is a terrific place to stay when visiting Bequia. The house, which is very comfortable, is in a terrific location: less than a minute to the beach and a ten minute walk to the main town. The owner, is extremely helpful and responsive. We booked for next year while waiting for our plane in the airport."

"Don't be fooled by the advert. It's not what it seemed. We visited late December, 4 adults and 2 small kids. We had great expectations; large villa, hot tub for the grandchildren to play in. Unfortunately the tub didn't work and looked aged, had a very sharp tap pointing into the tub, the deck became very slippery when it rained and there was no protection on the back of the deck to prevent accidental falls, especially by the kids playing. "The Sugar Mill is a beautifully designed, airy and pretty unique villa high up overlooking the sea and islands to the East of Bequia. Being high up it gets a very necessary cooling breeze. Bequia had suffered a long drought while we were there, so was less green than normal, but it was still lovely. Quirin was very welcoming and we could see what efforts he is making to maintain the Old Fort and the estate - quite a challenge! "The ambiance was beautiful. The place was extremely clean and the room/suite was huge. The staff in both the grill and the restaurant were very polite, and meals were served in a timely manner. Was delicious also. My disappointment. I returned the key after our stay and the receptionist did not even ask how way your stay, did you like the facility, can we count on you staying here if you return to the country? Some small talk just to get your feedback or to make sure your were comfortable. NOTHING. The young lady just took the keys and said let me check if you owe anything, a few seconds later she said no, you do not. I left. Poor customer service. I was informed by several people the owner Ruth is very nice, but unfortunately she was out of the country during our visit"

"Beautiful waterfront property with lovely staff. Able to swim and snorkel right off the beach. Nice relaxing pool, and we had a gorgeous waterfront view - the only problem was the shower - it was so hot I could not rinse my hair - had to get out or burn myself, also poor water pressure. It's island life and the view compensated but I hope they fix that."

"We had a wonderful stay at Sandals St. Vincent! This was our first time at a Sandals resort and we had a great experience. Having the diving included was a great feature that we utilized almost everyday. The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Access to the spa for the steam, sauna, and cold plunge, everyday was great. The food was good overall, and it was generally easy to eat as someone with a gluten allergy. Getting to enjoy the free cabanas to lounge by the pool and using the free bikes provided were great features. All the staff at the resort were incredible and really went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Overall, we would highly recommend at trip to this resort and truly beautiful island. "
