Easy access for drivers, near road entrance
Good breakfast, easy and self parking, variety of tv channels. The room itself is a bit worn. Bedding, pillows and towels are old. No bath ammenities, only shampoo and soap.

Was the worst, worst front desk that i ever been! They take 1 hour to check 5 people including me and when was my turn they take 30 minutes to find my reservation. The day of my checkout they want me to pay again and they say that hotels.com didn't pay they. In the morning to take the brekfast it's take to me 10 minutes to have a table available

Surprisingly good
Not real fancy but then I didn't expect it to be. It was however significantly better than many/most mid-range hotels in Brazil. No real bad points and proximity to a big shopping mall made eating choices easy and taxi free.

Bom hotel.
O apto tinha boas camas(de solteirão),espaçoso,ar split,tv tela plana.Ficamos surpresos pq o hoteis.com não nos avisou sôbre a cobrança de R$20,00 relativos a 10% de serviço.Deveria ser reembolsado,pois se soubesse teria escolhido outro hotel.Estacionamento fica no pátio em frente ao hotel,ou seja ,é descoberto.Banheiro com vazamento na ducha higiênica e a água do box cai no piso(não sei como),o que me obrigou a pedir mais um pano de chão.Desjejum com pouca variedade,e o café estava frio e com sabor ruim;contatei a att que trocou por outro mais quente,mas com gosto de esquentado.Toalhas e lençóis de boa qualidade;travesseiros"murchos"Staff atenciosao.No geral,bom hotel,mas pode melhorar.

O hotel sempre foi muito bom mas precisa de renovação. O que notei é um certo relaxamento na manutenção, luzes queimadas no quarto, colchão muito usado precisando ser trocado e toalhas muito velhas e em mal estado.

Ao lado do shopping
Cheguei numa sexta e saí no domingo, ou seja, hospedei-me durante duas noites. Para os meus propósitos, a localização do hotel foi muito vantajosa, pois fica ao lado de um shopping no meio do caminho entre o aeroporto e o evento onde eu precisava ir. Minha esposa, aliás, marcou salão no próprio shopping e foi tudo muito prático para nós. O café da manhã não é bem um banquete, mas é bem feito e o ambiente do restaurante é bastante agradável. Os funcionários são discretos, educados e solícitos. O quarto é limpo e razoavelmente espaçoso.

Hotel antigo, reformas esteticas mas com problemas
Reservei um quarto com cama Queen no hoteis.com e ao chegar eram 2 camas de casal comum. Solicite, na reserva, um quarto longe de barulho e me colocarem virado para a estrada. Hotel antigo, reformado esteticamente mas com varios "problemas" estruturais, ar condicionado é split mas taparam o buraco da janela do ar antigo com um pedaço de madeira, entao o barulho da unidade externa do split é enorme. Porta do banheiro remendada por dentro. Vidro do chuveiro (blidnex, imagino) de correr e toda hora emperrava. Apesar disso o quarto é bonito (como nas fotos) mas se preocuparam somente na estetica. Toda hora ouvia barulho de descarga alto dos quartos (nao sei se dos acima, ou do lado). No cafe da manha pouquissimas mesas, tive que esperar em pé por uns 5 minutos até alguem sair. Em resumo, hotel de rede americana (sleep in) onde o hotel é antigo, com reformas esteticas até boas, mas sem preocupação alguma com as funcionalidades.

Bom café da manhã. Bom sinal de Wi-Fi. Mas.... - péssimas as toalhas de banho. São velhas e pequenas. - péssima cama. Colchão não é firme. - péssimos travesseiros. Tivemos que dormir com 2 para parecer a altura de um. - péssima escolha do dia e horário para fazer reparos: domingo as 10h da manhã somos acordados ao som de marteladas nas paredes. - super barulho do ar condicionado. Ao chegarmos no hotel, tive uma boa impressão com o atendimento prestado pelos funcionários do mesmo. Pedimos uma cama queen e no deram um quarto com cama casal. Estavamos com nosso bebê e o berço que nos forneceram, estava quebrado sem sustentação. Quarto um pouco sujo, mas o que mais me incomodou foi o barulho externo. Os quartos precisam rever a parte de isolamento acústico, pois ouvi tudo que os quartos a cima do nosso estavam fazendo.
