Checkout sempre s 12h. Meu ticket de reserva enviado pelo hotéis.com dizia checkout as 15h aos sábados e domingos. No entanto a recepção desmentiu esta informação. O travesseiro podia melhorar um pouco. Limpeza, localização satisfatória, café da manhã muito bom.

Não voltaria a me hospedar
Quando cheguei para realizar o Check- in tive que pagar uma taxa de 13 reias de serviços, sendo que isso nao foi avisado durante a reserva. Os elevadores estavam com problema e demoravam mais de 5 minutos para chegar. O banheiro nao tinha tranca e os travesseiros eram de pessima qualidade. Unica experiencia boa que tive nesse hotel foi o café da manha que era muito bom.

Um hotel barato mas que não vale a pena
O hotel é bem localizado e o café da manhã é bom. Entretanto, o hotel é muito velho, os elevadores não funcionam direito (um deles não ia até o meu andar no primeiro dia, depois passou a ir e por fim voltou a não ir novamente), fui colocado em um quarto onde o ar condicionado não funcionava. Me trocaram de quarto onde o ar condicionado estava funcionando, porém a TV emitia um zumbido insuportável, o que tornava inviável assistir qualquer programa à noite para relaxar antes de ir dormir. No último dia faltou água quente no meu banheiro e tive que tomar banho gelado. Também no último dia algum dispositivo no quarto ao lado começou a emitir um bip tornando a ultima noite uma tortura. Ao reclamar com o recepcionista, este disse que estava sozinho e por isso não poderia verificar o problema, ou seja, tive que dormir com este barulho. Além do mais, minha diária era de 11 a 14 de agosto mas no sistema deles constava 10 a 13 e por isso bloquearam minha chave. E pra fechar com chave de ouro, paguei o valor total online pelo hoteis.com mas na hora de fazer checkout eles alegaram que eu havia pagado apenas pouco mais da metade e queriam me cobrar o resto. Uma lambança. Apesar disso, os funcionários eram bem educados. Nenhum desses problemas foi culpa do staff. O problema é que no geral, o hotel não é bom mesmo.

Banheiro antigo, café horrível
Os quartos são enormes, as camas são excelentes, o banheiro é super antigo, vc tem que tomar banho dentro de uma banheira de louça velha e descascando. O café da manhã é péssimo, desci 40 minutos antes de encerrar e tava parecendo fim de feira, nada é reposto, nem ovo tinha, tive que pedir para cozinha fazer. A piscina tava suja, o que tinha de penas boiando dava pra empenar uma pomba.
