"The staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable we had a delicious meal at a local restaurant per their recommendation accommodations were fabulous only downfall was water pressure and water temperature but small inconvenience forgotten by everything else including a delicious breakfast and great coffee. "Estuvimos en O Balcón da Ribeira la semana pasada. Fuimos en familia, éramos unos cuantos adultos y niños pequeños. El apartamento precioso, moderno, súper limpio y muy cómodo. Por la noche el clima no estaba muy lindo y pedimos comida del restaurante para llevar; todo buenísimo! Platos abundantes y muy ricos. Lo último y más importante, el trato que recibimos. "this was a repeat visit after a 10 year gap. Little seems to have changed in that time. Although mainly a golf hotel, its a bit disappointing that the hotel doesn't try to cater for non golfers. For example there is plenty of room for tennis courts and a children's play area. Restaurant/bar staff always seemed too busy to provide the level of service you would expect for a 4* hotel"
