Modern House with Amazing Views
The house is much like the description. It is equipped with modern appliances. House & property is well maintained. Pool area is very nice. Plenty of room to park 3 small cars, if needed, with security entry gate for the driveway. Located in quiet neighborhood. Close to local towns with restaurants and activities. About 30 minute drive from Funchal. And again, beautiful views from several areas of the house.

Magnifique villa avec une vue féerique sur l’océan
Magnifique villa, bien équipée, au calme avec une vue superbe sur l’océan. Garage pour 2 véhicules appréciable. Bonne localisation à moins d’une heure et 15 minutes de route de tous les sites à visiter sur l’île. Points d’amélioration : Manque de summer beds autour de la piscine, il y avaIt seulement 2 poufs et d’une possibilité pour écouter de la musique I.e enceintes
