High quality Villa with stunning sea view.
The property is very comfortable and extremely well equiped, even in November the sun was on the patio from 9.30 am till it set. We had a wonderful relaxing 2 weeks.

Excellent views from Villa. Nice area at pool to sit out and have breakfast and relax. Madeira was beautiful and so different from anywhere else we have been. Driving was “an experience “.

Stunning villa
This property is so amazing. We arrived at night in the dark so it wasn’t until morning that we could see the fabulous view. The house is very well supplied and as an added touch the owner had left us supplies to make a simple dinner. Such a welcome bonus. A little surprised that the beautiful pool is only 3 feet deep. Great for little kiddies!

Very comfortable stay in Madeira
Our family of five stayed for five nights in March. The property was quite large, and accommodated our party easily. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything necessary to cook breakfast and simple meals during our stay. The TV and internet worked well. There was a small pool which we did not use, as it was quite cool during our stay, but would be lovely for a dip during the summer. The property is quite high up the mountain, which allows for great views. A car rental is definitely recommended, and secure off street parking is available. Communication with the owner and property manager were quite good. Overall a great stay in Madeira.

Great Views
The property itself is just as described, very roomy & multi level. There was a nice welcome package with some basic grocery items, unexpected & much appreciated. Two of the bedrooms had balconies which was really nice in the mornings. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. We did have some difficulties reaching the manager upon arrival & had to wait around a bit. You definitely need a car to stay in the area, there are a few taxis servicing the area, very limited.

This villa is spectacular!
I am so glad that we booked this villa! The view is absolutely spectacular, and the inside of the villa is clean and spacious. Our children loved the pool. The view from 2 of the 3 bedrooms is incredible! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the house was really quiet. John (the host) was very responsive to our questions and offered to extend the checkout time since there was no one else booked the day of our departure. We really appreciated being able to check out without having to rush. This was our family's first visit to Madeira, and we would love to return and stay at this villa again. I highly recommend it.

Séjour très agréable dans cette villa idéalement placée pour découvrir toute l'île de Madère ! Nos filles ont beaucoup aprécié la piscine pour les fins de journée post-randonnées. Nous avons été subjugués par la vue toujours différente à tous les moments de la journée. C'était parfait pour nous !

Amazing views
This was a great property located at the halfway point of the island so easy to explore either side. Close to a lovely beach and easy sea bathing with lots of shops too. The roads are steep but then they are anywhere in Madeira. Certainly a good workout if you decide to go walking on the numerous paths.

Absolutely stunning!
The property was beautiful. Had everything we needed. Games room was good, pool was good, location was stunning! That view……blew me away. Had never been to Madeira, but will certainly be returning. Communication with John was fantastic. We got lost going to the villa after arriving - completely my husbands fault!! Gina’s husband came to the rescue and we followed him to the villa!! Could only happen to us!! 😂 We met Gina on the last day as we were leaving, she was so lovely. Our stay was awesome, we wanted to find time to relax, and we certainly did that. Carlos is a fab local taxi driver. Property is well located for sightseeing and relaxation and a short drive to the town of Funchal. The pool was fine for my boys, 14 & 11. Although it wasn’t a deep pool, which we knew as we had read the details before going, we made up games to play in the pool, and generally soaked up the sun. It was absolutely fine. We have returned wanting to purchase a darts board!!!! And return to Madeira.

Maison bien placée mais pas vraiment luxueuse
Très bien placée pour rayonner sur l’île facilement La vue est incroyable et la maison spacieuse Par contre tout est vieillissant et pas au niveau attendu (maison luxueuse évoquée dans l’annonce) La maison a besoin d’un rafraîchissement pas mal de murs sont abîmées par l’humidité en particulier les salles de bains. Les transats sont tous endommagés et la piscine ne dépasse pas 80cm d’eau même si elle est grande en longueur elle ne suffit pas à se rafraîchir. Nous avons été déçu par la qualité et le niveau des prestation mais nous gardons un agréable souvenir de notre séjour grâce à l’emplacement et les possibilités offertes pour découvrir l’île

Séjour à Madère
Nous étions 4. Le logement est idéalement situé : à moins d'une heure en voiture de toutes les randonnées de l'île ! Nous avons eu un peu de mal à trouver le logement avec le gps. Le logement a une super vue sur les bananiers et la mer. Emplacement très calme (pas de touriste autour de nous pour un mois de juillet !). Nous avons été surpris par la taille du logement qui était grand ! Pour une première à Madère nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances ! Je recommande !

Wir sind nach wie vor ganz überwältigt, von der Umgebung, dem Ausblick, der Lage. Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Viel Platz, sicherer Parkplatz, sauber, wirklich gute Betten, es ist alles im Haus, was man braucht, der Pool war für unsere Kinder optimal. Kommunikation bei Fragen schnell und unkompliziert. Tiptop Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
