Our cottage has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated. It is composed of 2 levels, downstairs a veranda in extension of a very modern kitchen with central island, a very spacious bathroom with bath and shower, linen room, a very large and comfortable living room, a spacious entrance with a corner relaxation, a bedroom with a double bed and separate mattresses of 160/200, a second bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor a mezzanine with relaxation area, 1 very large bedroom with double bed and separate mattresses of 160/200, 1 other large bedroom with 2 separate beds of 90, 2 bedrooms with large beds of 160/200, 1 bathroom bath with tub and shower the house is 250 m²
Outdoor kitchen with barbecue and pizza oven, large landscaped lot, garden furniture
We specify to our customers that each room will be given for 2 people we cannot in any case give a double room per person, without supplement.

Excellent property, location and host
8 of us stayed and found the property exactly as detailed. Bedrooms were all large with comfortable beds and excellent bedding, bathrooms with great showers. Really well equipped inside and out with good quality throughout. Brilliant location - 15min walk to town centre, 2 mins to large Leclerc, great for a base to explore the wine route. We were delighted with our 4 night stay and great communication with our host Jean Claude 👍

Delightful house on the Alsace wine route.
A tastefully decorated and furnished house with many well thought out features. Walking distance to restaurants and the town centre of Ribeauville. There is a supermarket and petrol station even nearer and a wine cooperative within 100 yards. The house is big enough for 10 and is very well equipped. It was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked. Recommended particularly as the owners were very friendly and welcoming.

Wonderful stay in the Gite in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard...
We left the Gite in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard on Friday, June 22, after spending a very lovely time there. It's still hard to believe that our fantastic vacation is over! We loved every minute of our stay at villa Alsace, visited near villages, Colmar and even Baden Baden. Ribeauville medieval town itself is very pretty and cozy and just in few minutes walk. The house felt like home. It's very spacious, tastefully furnished and has everything that you can imagine. The sitting area in the garden is so inviting and peaceful. Thank you, Anne-Lise, for your hospitality! My family and friends spent very nice time at your place. These memories will be with us forever. We would definitely recommend this house to others.

Zentrales Haus im Elsass empfehlenswert
Wir, sechs Erwachsene 70+ waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Das großzügige Haus hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Ausstattung war ausgezeichnet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Hausbesitzer empfangen und in alle notwendigen Modalitäten eingeweiht. Das Haus liegt für die Sehenswürdigkeiten vom Elsass sehr zentral, wir haben Colmar, Strassburg, Ribeauville, die Weinstrasse und andere Highlights besucht.

Top huis!
We waren hier ter ere van het 50 jarig huwelijk van mijn ouders met 9 personen. We hebben 2 dagen Europapark in Rust bezocht en een dag Rulantica. Het is een klein uur rijden vanaf het huis. De 5 slaapkamers zijn ruim en mooi ingericht. Ook zijn er 3 ruime badkamers. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en er is veel ruimte in en om het huis. Mooie tuin, ook genoeg parkeerplaatsen. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk, hij spreekt Frans en Duits. Makkelijk is ook dat er een grote supermarkt is vlakbij het huis en een oplaadpunt voor elektrische auto's. Vanuit het huis loop je in een kwartiertje naar het gezellige centrum van Ribeauvillé. Vanuit dit centrum hebben we ook een mooie route gelopen langs de 3 kastelen. Prachtige uitzichten! Colmar bezoeken is ook een aanrader. Kortom, we hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad!

Pizza-Ofen mit tollem Haus
Alles war perfekt: das Haus sehr schön und sauber, gute Aufteilung, viel Platz, gute Ausstattung in allen Bereichen,wunderschöne Terrasse und Garten mit tollem Pizza-Ofen. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Das Haus liegt zwar nicht in ruhigster Lage, dafür ist ein großer Supermarkt gleich nebenan und in das nette Städtchen oder in die schönen Weinberge läuft man zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten. Alles wunderbar:)

Heerlijk genoten!
Voor het 50-jarig huwelijk van mijn ouders zijn we een week op vakantie geweest in dit prachtige huis. We werden zeer goed ontvangen. De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn heel vriendelijk en meedenkend. Het huis was ruim en gezellig ingericht (iedere kamer had zo zijn eigen accenten) en heeft een grote, moderne leefkeuken en ook nog een buitenkeuken. Er was een mooie, ruime tuin om heerlijk te ontspannen. De locatie is geweldig. In de omgeving liggen prachtige stadjes en kastelen en er zijn veel wijnboeren waar je heerlijke wijnen uit de Elzas kunt proeven en kopen. Ook liggen er verschillende pretparken in de buurt. Over de grens liggen Europapark en Rulantica. Echte aanraders als je met kinderen op vakantie gaat. We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad! Het boeken van dit huis is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Ein Super Aufenthalt zu zehnt mit der Familie. Die Größe des Hauses war klasse, jeder hatte genug Platz. Großzügiges Wohnzimmer und große Küche. Die Lage war top. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke und schnell draußen in den Weinbergen. Sehr nette Vermieter, immer zur Stelle bei Fragen. Wir können es wärmstens empfehlen. :-)

Wir kommen wieder
Wir durften mit insgesamt 10 Personen (8 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind, 1 Baby) und einem Hund entspannte Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Wir wurden vom Vermieter bei unserer Ankunft herzlich begrüßt, mit einigen Nettigkeiten bedacht (z. B. geschmückter Weihnachtsbaum im Wohnzimmer) und fühlten uns vom ersten Augenblick an sehr wohl. Dies lag nicht zuletzt daran, dass das komplette Haus sehr sauber war und es auch bei der Ausstattung an nichts fehlte. Lediglich für die Nespressomaschine benötigt man Spezialkapseln, was aber dem Urlaub keinen Abbruch tat. Das Haus an sich ist geräumig und hell und der eingezäunte Garten ist im Sommer sicherlich gut nutzbar, im Winter blieb uns "nur" die Außenküche mit Pizzaofen zu nutzen. Wir danken Familie Stahl noch einmal dafür, dass sie uns in ihrem Haus empfangen haben und planen auf jeden Fall noch einmal wiederzukommen.
