"They had an event during our stay, which led to waiting in the parking lot for an hour to find parking. Pool was closed. Shower head broken. Place is very peaceful and serene. Very clean and staff helpful. Close to being an excellent hotel, just need to tie up some loose ends. "

"It is a very beautiful old property, which is why it needs continuous maintenance. They should have adequate staff to receive clients, we were waiting 30 minutes at the reception, there was no one. At least the bar across the street was open and the wait became shorter. "This was a sweet place to launch into the Serranía de la Cuenca from. It is cozy, and has all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed our stay very much. The town is just big enough to have a small grocery store and a few restaurants, but small enough that you could launch into the park walking from your front door."
