Lovely house in peaceful location
A traditional country cottage in a peaceful rural setting, just a short distance from Ribadesella and the coast. It is quite simply furnished but with everything you need for comfort - comfy beds, good heating, limitless hot water, washing machine etc. The house was spotlessly clean, and Marian is an excellent host, a lovely person and responsive to any query. Although the motorway is quite close you would not know it from the house . It has beautiful views in all directions and all you can hear is birdsong and sometimes the sea. There is another rental house next door but this was not a problem at all - there are separate garden areas and plenty of parking space, and the houses do not directly overlook each other. The location is perfect for exploring this part of Asturias. Ribadesella itself is lovely, with a stunning beach and sea front, plus many bars and restaurants in the port and old town areas. We also did some great bike rides straight from the house, on quiet roads and tracks along the coast and up into the hills. Highly recommended.

Impresionante
Quisiera dar las gracias a Marian y a sus padres por su amabilidad. La casa y el entorno son inmejorables. Un jardín muy bien cuidado para que mi perrita corretease todo lo que quisiera y una casa muy bien equipada. Muy cerca de Ribadesella (restaurantes, playas, etc.) En pocos alojamientos hemos estado tan bien como aquí y descansado tanto. Muy pero que muy recomendable.

Excelente por dos veces
El año pasado reservamos la casa San Juan para pasar la semana de Nochevieja en Asturias y fueron unas vacaciones fantásticas, tanto que este año volvimos a repetir otra semana mas en las mismas fechas. Estuvimos como en nuestra propia casa, pero situados en un magnífico enclave de Asturias, la casa está muy bien ubicada, a 5 minutos del pueblo de Ribadesella, de la playa, de la autopista, y un lugar clave para hacer muchas excursiones. La zona es muy tranquila e ideal para descansar y desconectar. Tiene de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días o una temporada, las habitaciones muy acogedoras, todo limpísimo, muy cuidado y nuevo, la cocina muy completa con todo el menaje, hasta tostadora, batidora y hervidor de agua! Y los dueños y su familia son encantadores, muy amables y muy simpáticos, en todo momento atentos y al ir de un año a otro se ve que mantienen la casa súper cuidada con todo detalle, cada año mejor, nos dejaron leña para encender la chimenea y nos dieron muchas indicaciones para compras y demás que nos facilitaron mucho la estancia. La mejor casa en la que he estado, espero poder volver el año que viene de nuevo. Muy muy contentos de haber estado allí. Un 10!!!!

FABULOSO
Semana fantástica en una casa con un entorno idílico. Era nuestro punto de partida hacia todas las excursiones que hicimos y estaba muy bien conectada con la autopista A66 y con Ribadesella y a la vez situada entre montañas y prados verdes. El descanso al final de cada jornada está garantizado y la vivienda, muy cómoda. El trato con los dueños, genial.

Fenomenal!
Nos ha encantado la casa. Hemos estado 4 días este més de octubre, mi marido, mi niña y yo y solo podemos decir que todo ha sido perfecto, es una casa en "plena naturaleza" como reza el anuncio. El trato recibido ha sido también muy bueno aconsejándonos en todo lo que necesitamos. Un día se nos estropeó una lampara de una de las mesitas del dormitorio y a los 5 minutos vinieron a reponerla. Realmente esta es una gran opción si se visita esta zona de Asturias. Para nosotros ha sido sin duda la mejor y esperamos poder volver pronto.

Estancia perfecta!
Nos hemos alojado en esta casa durante una semana a principios de noviembre y la eleccion no ha podido ser mejor. Tanto la casa como la zona nos han encantado. Nos hizo bastante buen tiempo y la casa tiene calefacción, pero encendimos la chimenea varios dias porque a mi novia y a mi nos encanta. Muchas gracias por la leña!. De los mejores momentos del dia. Como digo, todo perfecto, y el trato y las recomendaciones que nos dieron, también.

Hemos pasado mi chica y yo unos días increibles. La casa nos ha parecido una pasada.Está situada en lo alto de una montaña, solitaria, sin ruidos, pero cerca de la autopista.Tiene unas vistas increibles. Muy recomendable. Volveremos.

espectacular...
pasamos mi chico y yo 4 maravillosisimos dias en el puente de octubre la casa muy acojedora y muy bonita y el entorno es increible rodeado de naturaleza k mas se puede pedir, con mucha tranquilidad y sin ruido alguno que lo mas que se podia escuchar eran los cencerros de las vacas los dueños muy majos y se portaron muy bien con nosotros asi que mi valoracion es muy positiva y anima a todo aquel que quiera ir a descansar, desconectar de la ciudad y ver cosas muy bonitas que se anime y vaya a casa san juan

Una estancia muy agradable
Nos alojamos en esta casa el pasado més de marzo, y a mi marido y a mí, nos ha encantado. Es una casa antigua, rehabilitada y muy acogedora. No tiene lujos pero si muchos detalles y en cuanto a equipación no le falta de nada, que es de lo que se trata. En cuanto a la situación está fenomenal y eso se agradece al llegar después de un viaje largo desde Madrid y con niños! El lugar es un pueblito muy tranquilo donde se respira naturaleza. Ideal para desconectar, que era lo que buscabamos. En definitiva, muy recomendable.
