"Great house, very large and clean with all the facilities you would expect, including two separate kitchens. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The setting is absolutely incredible - you are right in the heart of the mountains and Santillan itself has a small bar/cafe and an information centre. Great place, would definitely go again."

"We loved this quiet place with a magnificient view on the mountains. We were the only one, the appartment above was not rented, so it was really quiet. In the neighbourhood you can make beautifull walks. There are no shops in the neighbourhood, so make sure to do shoppings before arrival."

"En general, hemos tenido muy buena estancia en Villaviciosa. El apartamento es tal y cómo aparece en la fotos, y bien surtido de (casi) todo lo que puedas necesitar: cacharros de cocina, platos, vasos, tazas, jabones. Tiene horno, microondas etc. Cuando hice la reserva, a penas había información en VRBO y aunque mandé un mensaje, hasta el día antes de viajar no recibí respuestas a mi pregunta sobre si había ascensor o ventiladores: no hay, y son casi 60 escalones, así que si tienes algún...

"Mauvais séjour, logement à l'étage, rien n'allait ! L'annonce Abritel je stipulé pas qu'il y a 2 logements, 1 en bas avec jaccusi et un à l'étage ! 1 seule lampe de chevet par chambre, prise électrique défectueuse, grille-pain faisant disjoncter, impossible de manger à 4 dans la cuisine, cafetière pour 2, jaccusi infernal en bas lorsqu'il est en marche, pour nous qui étions à l'étage, c'était infernal. Barbecue inexistant... Quel dommage, le site est (par contre) exceptionnel."

"The apartment is a great size and in a fantastic location. It had everything we needed and was in a good condition. A luxury to have underground parking! The owner is very efficient and thorough, and he was really flexible in terms of booking, arrival and departure times. He was available to answer any queries and kept in touch with us. Llanes is a lovely town, with access to all you need and a great base to explore the area."

"Très agréable séjour en famille (2 enfants) la maison est fonctionnelle avec le nécessaire pour faire les repas, l'endroit est calme. Possibilité de changer drap / serviette durant le séjour est un plus ! Piscine, ping-pong, terrain de foot, les enfants ont adorés ! Logement bien placé entre mer et montagne, tout est facilement accessible! Seul bémol, la pièce de vie est un peu sombre lors de jours sans soleil... Nous recommandons sans hésiter !"
