This immaculate and recently updated retreat is filled with amenities and perfect for your stay in the region. Sitting just barely over 15 miles to Government Camp you have access to all the winter activities as well as countless outdoor adventures like mountain biking, fishing, hiking, and so much more. The community this incredible home sits in also offers a seasonally available, pool, tennis, and a basketball court.

Upon arriving, you will enjoy the ample parking and the cozy wooded setting. There is a single half flight of stairs that leads up to the split level entrance. Ascending up you will find the living, dining, and kitchen area. There is an additional eating space just off the kitchen right next to the upper level deck that has a BBQ for all of your grilling desires. Additionally on this floor are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom whereas the other two share the second full bath.

Downstairs you will find an incredible family room with tons of seating, a trundle bed, huge TV, and a wonderful table for some card games or puzzles. The garage has been converted into another room for entertainment. Enjoy some ping pong or foosball with your group or family. There is a TV to stream on and another refrigerator to keep the snacks and beverages close. Just down the hallway is the final full bathroom and spacious bedroom.

The fully fenced and landscaped backyard provides a fantastic space to explore and enjoy. Don't miss relaxing outside by the fire-table when in the mood. Of course the hot tub is a year round favorite that you won't want to miss. There is no question it is hard to find a home with this blend of style, comfort, and location. Add in all the amenities and it is truly a perfect location for your group or family to experience all the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

Relaxing getaway
Location of house in a nice quiet neighborhood,, clean and decorated tastefully. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed the downstairs area for the kids. The hot tub was Fantastic. Gas fireplace inside and outside did not function, this was the only complaint- would recommend this house. Enjoyed Alpine slides about 15 min down the road- boys had a blast on Mt Hood/ Timberline mt bile park- great hikes and lakes all around!

Great location and wonderful property
The check in process was easy and quick. The property had anything we might need and the neighborhood was friendly and safe feeling. We enjoyed the amenities that come with the house. Was just the right size for our two big families and so much to do to keep the kids entertained. Close to many family friendly hikes and trails. Would recommend to anyone but especially for big families.

I'll keep this short and sweet. The house is fantastic. We stayed her for a snowboarding and SuperBowl trip! Lots of rooms to stay in, gameroom was a hit! Kitchen stock with basic essentials. Only small gripe was 4 dishwashing pods, 4 trashbags, and downstairs smelled musty(but that's common with our wet environment this time of the year). The communication with management team was top notch and extremely quick vs other places I've stayed at. Would definitely stay again. Pro tip: The google maps will take you to a home down the street, however you will pass the home on your way to where maps takes you so just keep an eye out for it.

Beautiful home with everything needed for a large group of friends to enjoy the weekend. Nice hot tub and outdoor space. Really comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and kitchen was well-stocked.

Amazing house and location!
Perfect house- layout was great for grandparents to stay down below and 3 rooms for us upstairs with our kids. Lots of space to relax so no one is crowded. Hot tub was nice, kitchen well equipped. Wifi was spotty but turning off/on repeatedly seemed to fix it though it happened quite a bit: basketball across the street at the rec center was great. Nice little corner market to restock on little things. Great short drive to the mountain. 25 minutes to timberline and we were first on the mountain! Will be back!

Exceptional stay with large family
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during Thanksgiving. Property management was helpful with any questions we had. The home is large and provides ample space for large families/groups and we were so thankful for the dog welcoming home. We enjoyed the hot tub, game room and the beds were very comfortable with nice finishes throughout the home. Beautiful location nearby the river. It could use a few more simple kitchen items such as wooden spoons/ spatula for cooking and meal prep and additional items such as dishwasher pods to accommodate large groups/long stays. Overall a wonderful experience and would highly recommend.

Top-notch house!
Amazing property with fantastic amenities. This is one of the best places our family has stayed. Clean, modern and spacious inside. Kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and dishes. Great hot tub, ping pong table and foosball! The management company was incredibly responsive.

Everything we needed
This rental was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty. The hot tub and game room were wonderful. Only down side was the wifi, so if you rely on it for work, this may not be the best. But it’s great for a semi unplugged stay. I did not try to find a stronger signal in the house as I didn’t need it, so it’s possible it could have worked better in some rooms than others. Nice stay, communication felt impersonal and automated but for our needs it was sufficient.

My Hood
Since we had to rebook due to the Smith River fires we were super glad to find this home and really appreciated the owners working with us to rent outside rental time frames! We had a really good time, lots of room to eat, chill, and play. The game room and hot tub were the best! Every rental should have a ping pong table. A couple issues were being a woodsy area there was understandably a lot of spiders but sooooo many in the house, definitely could use some indoor pest control. Also the stair railings inside and out are very wobbly, I have a knee injury so going up and down was really scary I kept worrying I was going to take a tumble. Otherwise very nice roomy place yo stay.

Great stay close to lots of amenities
Communicative host and straightforward process. Our family stayed for 6 days and loved close access to the pool and trails through the forest. We took quick drives to Sandy (20 min) and up to Trillium Lake (30 min) and enjoyed the hot tub and grill on site. Loved playing ping pong and how much room there was for different families to stay together. Will return!

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet neighborhood. House was wonderful, spacious and clean. It is in a nice location away from the busy city and traffic. We liked the location as we spent most of our days chasing waterfalls and hiking. It was located centrally to hikes/waterfalls/Portland.

Very clean, well appointed kitchen, fun game room, comfortable beds, and beautifully decorated! 3 minute walk to river access. Everything you will need to have a relaxing getaway! Would easily be a 5-star review if the AC unit wasn't broken during our stay, a week when the temp reached the mid 90s everyday. However, the property manager was very communicative and available. They were very accommodating, bringing us fans and a sprinkler to help cool us down. They also sent out a technician to fix the unit, which worked for a while, then stopped again. It was a significant, but unforeseeable damper on an otherwise perfect house! Would not hesitate to stay here again, but perhaps during a cooler month! Special thank you to Darlene at iTrip for answering all my numerous texts and calls!

We enjoyed our stay!! House is well decorated, cheerful and had fun reimagined garage area with ping pong and tv lounge type man cave vibe. Backyard is fenced, so terrific for kids and pup. Our family had such a wonderful stay. Management was super responsive, prompt, helpful and cheerful to work with on any minor questions or input needed. Wifi was great and our family felt we had plenty of space for remote work, online classes for the big kids and play area for the youngest kiddo. Swing set right across from the property and community river access for the road just a few blocks walk. Items for improvement: - The pool mentioned in listing was open, but not accessible to guests. Management was aware and working on trying to resolve. We didn’t get access during our three week stay, but perhaps better luck for next renters. - Large king beds and all mattresses were comfy!!! But microfiber sheets on those big king beds were hot and clingy during warm nights. I’d recommend cotton sheets - even low count ones as apposed to the synthetic stuff. So much right though, about the space, that this is a minor suggestion for sure! - Current AC could not keep up with temps outside over 85 on the main upstairs floor. Lower level was nice and cool the whole time however!!!! Management did immediately come out to check out the AC when we noticed temperatures rising on the main/upstairs floor to check it out. AC seemed to be operating as intended, just maybe not as large a unit as needed? Still, it cooled off at night and there were plenty of fans too, so the house is well outfitted to try to keep up with heat waves. Plus, most houses up there don’t have AC at all, so we felt lucky. All in all, terrific stay! Highly recommend and would love to stay there again!!!

Rain forest get away
Great home for together time! We loved the game room and boys went back to their childhood with Nintendo. Lovely bedrooms, kitchen, dinning area and hot tub was very nice. All was clean and comfortable! Mt Hood was a nice drive away for lunch and snow, as well as Sandy for a dinner out. I could see peeps staying here for a ski trip 👌 Thanks again, The Moores
