This was a great cabin in a great area There was lots of room and everything we needed was in the cabin My only complaint was that I wish I had booked 2 nights !
Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
We loved the cabin. Warm, cozy and had everything we needed. Great space for our family of four with two teens. The game room was fun but a little cold in winter. It would be great in summer! We went snowboarding at timberline and the meadows and it was a quick drive to both! We noticed that other renters “forgot” to pick up the dog poop so we had to watch our step in the yard.
Thanks for the wood.

The cabin was so cute, but spacious too! It is kept up very nicely and is well equipped to make for a very comfortable stay. I wish we could’ve stayed several more days!
We had a wonderful time staying for my son’s birthday weekend and going Cosmic Tubing. The house is spacious, yet cozy and we loved they had board games to play.
Stayed with another father, each with 16-year old boys, for skiing and snowboarding. Good location, just a short 20 min drive to Government Camp. The place was cozy and spacious, with good amenities. Plenty of space and beds comfortable. Also pet friendly. Would stay here again.
Our stay was short but very nice, the cabin was nice and clean and we had no problems, we did go to use the grill and the gas was empty, but we called the owner and the owner was very nice and had a new propane bottle out there within 20 minutes that was fast I was happy about that and yes I will stay here again it was very nice and roomy. Thank you! Jack and Kathy from New Jersey
Move over, Motel 6! They’ll leave the light on for you!
This was a lovely little cabin out in the woods. It sleeps a lot of people, the listing is accurate, and the place was just we needed.
The only downside was there was no WiFi, so please download the info for the cabin before you get there.
5/5 - would stay again.
With its quaint combination of retro quirks and updates this place was both comfortable and amusing. I had forgot a few odds and ends while packing but this place was stocked with the necessities. They had even made a couple of seasonal tweaks (like stocking the fridge with hot cocoa supplies) making it all the more charming. Wi-Fi was in good working order.
This was a comfortable cabin, easy to find yet feels very private. The creek just outside the back deck was beautiful. We arrived with the power out during a small winter storm but it was soon back on and we ended up staying on property for the majority of our stay. It was very nice, and I felt the description was accurate. Parts of the cabin are outdated but in a cute and artistic way, one addition is more updated. I would note that the kitchen was not as well stocked with cookware for a family of 7 to cook and serve all meals but we were able to make do. Also, the new addition shower did not have hot water, but the other bathroom did and worked just fine. We would gladly return to the cabin.
The cabin was really cool when we arrived. I would suggest turning the heat on when you are having guest in the fall before they get there. I liked the accommodations. I just wish the weather would have been better so we could have gone hiking.
Property was great, it had most of everything we needed for the stay. Plenty of games, great deck. Beds were all super comfortable. Very cute place. Cabin and rustic feel without actually being rustic. Any of us would be happy to stay here again. The only things we missed were tongs for cooking, kindling, and some better lighting.
Great place.Perfect for groups sharing lodging.Plenty of room and games. Our adult autistic granson was obsessed with the retro counter toos.He was there for Kiwannis camp that unfortunatly was canceled
