"This house is huge and has lots of different indoor and outdoor gathering spaces so the kids and adults in our group of three families didn’t have to be on top of each other in one living space the whole time. Big firepit area and huge lawn were great, and we enjoyed the kayaks and canoe. There’s a place to buy fresh crabs, oysters, and shrimp very close by, and the house has everything you need for a crab night. The owner was incredibly responsive and kind."

"This property was exactly what we were looking for our family vacation. Location on the water, the amenities were above and beyond, comfortable beds, and land as far as you could see. The fishing and crabbing was exceptional for all ages. The kids loved crabbing, new to us, caught some turtles as well, all released back. "We stayed in this beautiful property for a weekend of bike riding in Cambridge. The place was very accurately described in the listing, very clean, nice bathrooms, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Great view of the river from the living room We even enjoyed the kayaks and a late Sept swim in the Choptank. "

"We had the best time at this gorgeous property to celebrate a 70th birthday. With 6 adults and 2 kids, we had plenty of room to be comfortable. Everything is clean, well functioning, and beautiful! There are so many nice personal touches that you don’t need to worry about a thing. For example, heated toilets, outlets everywhere, supplies, a well stocked kitchen, games, lovely linens and towels. "We had a great stay here for a weekend baseball tournament about 8 minutes from the fields. The house was very cozy. We and our two teens were very comfortable. The host was immediately responsive to our two questions. Overall, a great stay. If we're back in Salisbury, we hope to stay again. "
