"Air conditioner couldnt cool off tiny little room! By morning room was full of ants...when notified of ants they didn't care"

"The carpet leading to our room smelt of dogs, our room smelt of cigarette smoke. Breakfast time was chaotic, the staff were not in control. We needed to wait for food, crockery and utensils. We later found out they were trying to cater for a coach full of people, who were also taking lots of food for their journey. Terrible, disgusting very unpleasant. We have stayed at your hotels before with no problems. "

En arrivant ils ne trouvaient pas notre réservation et au bout de 15 minutes ils nous ont enfin trouvé... Mais en nous disant, que normalement l’hôtel ne prenait pas de réservation à cette date parce qu’ils avaient un mariage le soir d'avant. Nous avons finalement eu une chambre mais le restaurant n'était pas ouvert pour le dîner ni pour le petit déjeuner. Difficile lorsqu'on...

He generously recommended a shop where i could buy delices - and took the trouble to drew me a map of how to get there the following morning. "I stayed here for 2 nights and the staff was really friendly. The check in process was easy, note that the check in times on hotels.com are not correct and you can check in later. I'd contact the hotel to confirm. They spoke multiple languages at the hotel, which was helpful and were very nice. The restaurant was really good for dinner and reasonably priced. The room itself was nice. I booked the 4 person room for 2 people to have extra space and it was worth it. The regular rooms were...
