Never having been, we were unaware of the different properties. Our room ended up being in Germond house, a somewhat characterless property a block and a half away, a disappointing surprise. "It is a lovely facility. The staff is kind and helpful. We had some confusion on checking in, I had apparently booked a room without a private bath or closet. As we were there to attend a wedding, I wanted my own bathroom and a place to hang our "dressup" clothes. They were able to change our room and accomodate us."
