Most of the staff were friendly but some I found were a little rude and felt we were inconvenient for them the lift took ages so we always took the stairs. Bar staff were very friendly. "This was ideal choice for a cheap get away in Tignes. Room was basic but had everything we needed. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good. Don’t think this was their busiest time as restaurant not open in the evenings but plenty of options near by.. about 400 metre from slopes/ ski hire. Easy walk with bus stop outside. Parking limited but we got a space which improved our stay. "

"Great location. Really close to the ski lifts - we could just walk out of the ski locker room and step onto the slope that leads down to the lifts. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within a very short walk. The hotel itself was great value for money - an endless supply of food and drink all included in the room rate.
