"The location is closed to the main cable car station, just 3 mins walk. Very clean and comfortable. The design of the shower room is not very good, I have to put my clothes and towel outside the shower room otherwise all will get wet. I suggest the shower room should install a space for towel. The ski locker area is convenient but there is little bit dark and also the ski room is not as good as the signinahotel’s ski room. "Considering that this is a budget hotel, Silvia, Marek and the entire team provided us with a maximum of attention and helped with nearly everything: extra breakfast wishes, flexible sauna hours, extra towels, adapter for the power outlets, activity and dinner planning, all was no problem and they made us feel welcome. A big plus was also, that we could walk to the ski slopes in less than 5 minutes - no need of bus or car. "

"This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The pool was open all day to 9pm, with a special child friendly time from 5-7 which my child adored, and it was very clean and modern. We parked in the garage underneath the hotel (for a fee) which you need your room card to gain access. This was safe and secure. "The shower was a bit uncomfortable. The internet was not all the time and in all the apartment strong enough. I suggest to add some heat resistant gloves in the kitchen. We had a wonderful stay and will come back for sure."
