"Unable to get past the gate to park our vehicle. Fortunately someone unrelated to the property was able to get us through. Once we parked, we were unable to get into the property. Had another guest not arrived shortly before we did, we would have been unable to get in. There was no one to greet or check us in. A staff member arrived in the morning to prep a breakfast. "Beautiful hotel in its own grounds with indoor pool. Very stylish hotel with ample spaces for guests. Very comfortable rooms. Ours had a large sunken bath. Heaven to relax. Breakfast was provided, rooms had the added benefit of kettle, coffee machine & microwave. Within 5 minutes of a commercial centre with a wide range of restaurants, snack bars and cinema. We wish we had stayed longer. Excellent hotel for families and friends. "

"What a find. This is one of those properties you want to keep a secret, in case they are fully booked when you want to go again. The lovely hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming or accommodating. Lots of little personal touches, children’s games (that we played and had no children with us), lots of little seating areas in the secure and quiet garden. Parking is off-road and very secure. "Our stay at La Rapinette was my personal best experience at a VRBO property anywhere in the world. The hosts, Gaël and Claire, went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable experience. The property itself was so well appointed and looked and felt exactly how it appears online. "This was one of the best of most memorable places we ever stayed in! We had such a wonderful time that we decided to stay an extra night, which was no problem at all, and Salvatore and Vincenzo arranged another beautiful room in the castle. The quiet place is neatly situated close to Nantes, Saint Nazaire, the La Baule beach and other great attractions and landmarks. We will likely be back again next year, many thanks for a pleasurable stay!"

"The hotel staff was amazingly helpful and kind. Our room was an "outside" room meaning it was not within the perimeter of the main hotel. Bed was very comfortable. On street parking availability was very challenging. To access the pool you have to pay an additional 20 euro per person which was a bit of a surprise."
