Great hotel, everything you’d want in a place. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean, well maintained, quiet, comfortable bed and plush linens, excellent location within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and shops. Although very expensive in US standards, it was a beautiful hotel very close to all the dining options in town. Had a very well equipped gym, a spa, and large bar area for relaxing. Staff was amazing!

This hotel is perfectly located for eating and shopping and is walking distance to most landmarks and attractions in Reykjavik. It is very new and everything was very clean and high quality. Only a minutes walk to a tour pick up point as the buses cannot stop at a number of hotels. The buffet breakfast was very nice. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for those visiting Iceland and Reykjavik in particular
