The check-in process was clear and smooth. Limited parking space around the hotel, especially if you arrive at night. It's a self-serve hotel, so no staff available to help, even though there's a phone at the lobby to contact them (tried it, and it was a fail). The hallways smelled dirty like cigarettes and humidity, but the room itself did not. The room was clean, with the exception of one of the two pillows (which was stained), and the extractor of the bathroom which was full of dust. Hot shower worked great. Laundry room is accessible, and it also serves as a closet with additional linens, towels and extra pillows (but I was not lucky and couldn't get one). One of the mornings, I asked the staff for an extra pillow, she told me they were going to leave it in the room; it did not happen. In comparison to the breakfast buffet across other hotels and guesthouses in Island, this one was very limited. The temperature of the heater in our room could not be changed, so we had to keep the window open (and all the street noise would come in). I was kinda of disappointed with this hotel since my experience in other hotels and guesthouse across the Ring Road was so awesome.
