Friendly, easy , comfortable
Our first day in Iceland, after a 5 hour overnight no-sleep flight. Arrived in early morning; easy to get in, lobby for crashing, plenty of parking, a person helped us get into the room early. Lifesaving.

Close to everything, yet quiet & private, with great view overlooking Reykjavic.
Very clean! Sparkling actually. I deeply appreciated the smart, functional, efficiency of European architecture in our hotel room. Everything we needed, none of what we didn't, yet exactly where we needed it. The french press coffee was absolutely divine. Just black. With no cream or sugar. *Trust & believe I ordered that exact same french press from Amazon IMMEDIATELY upon my return! RIP⚰️$250.00 USD/month Dunkin☕️habit.* It was also as stated in title, close to everything, yet very quiet & private, with access code entry-only in the evenings, with EASY parking, which as a foreigner, is ALWAYS appreciated.🙏 With a great view overlooking Reykjavic. LOVED IT SO MUCH. My stays in Reykjavic, henceforth will always be here. It will be my Reykjavik spot. Forever and always, Amen.

Groovy rental centrally located
Fun property about 10 minutes from central Reykjavik. Great access to self guided Golden Circle and Southern Iceland tours. Walking distance to botanical garden and zoo!

Nice room, problems with access information.
Nice room and stay, like staying in a hotel. The only problem was that we didn't get the check-in info from the host in advance, and it was difficult to find the booking reservation on the vrbo site. After we reached the vrbo service center on the phone, they called the host and everything turned out fine.

Nice but a few problems
The hotel was not labeled on the outside, so it was quite hard to locate. The other problem was the wi-fi. It was fairly stable the first night but then we were unable to connect to it. This also knocked the t.v. out of commission. Overall, it was nicely appointed, it looked the same as the photos. The kitchenette was a nice set up.

Spent 1 hour for checking in.
Followed up with contact person multiple times before checking in through Vrbo. He never replied. When we reached at the property, after multiple attempts got connected by phone. He asked us to prepare the entry key ourselves. Elevator is displaying 1st floor as 0 level. I would never ever stay at this place again! Terrible experience.
