"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. "This location was about 3 blocks from el zocalo. In a safe and central location, tons of dining options near by. The only down side was the apartment has no air conditioning, there were 2 fans which we used a lot as the rooms became hot and stuffy.
