A traditional period cottage in the heart of Southwold, close to the shops, pubs and beach. Three bedroom accommodation is over 2 floors and includes a double bedroom and family bathroom on the ground floor and double and twin bedroom and separate WC upstairs.
Southwold is a traditional coastal town famous for its pier, lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs
Sleeps: 6 in 3 bedrooms. Beds: 2 x double beds, 1 x twin beds.
Accommodation Ground floor: Living area: two sofas, two armchairs, large double glazed door multi fuel burner. Kitchen: dining table, six chairs. Electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. Washing machine. Bedroom 1: double bed, hanging space and storage. Bathroom: shower room area, bath, WC and hand basin.
First floor: Bedroom 2: double bed. Hand basin. Bedroom 3: twin bed. Hand basin. Cloakroom: WC, hand basin.
Entertainment: TV with Freeview, DVD player, radio, CD player, books. For Families: cot and highchair available £15 per item. Outside: enclosed garden, garden furniture, barbeque. Parking: no parking, but you can unload outside the front door and then park in one of the town's free car parks nearby. General: unlimited fast BT Broadband WiFi is available which also includes free access to the BT Sports Channel to laptops, smart phones, tablets and similar devices. Bed linen, towels and all energy costs are included. Central heating, open fire - one small basket of logs is provided on arrival, November-March. No smoking. Pets: sorry, no pets. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.

Smugglers' Cottage, Southwold
We spent 6 days at the cottage in July. It was a traditional, pretty, venerable cottage, open plan with beams. We had trouble opening the front door to gain access, and afterwards didn't use one of the locks. The location was superb, and parking on the street not very far away was not difficult.
