A few steps lead up to the entrance to the property. Once inside, the entrance hall leads through to a bright, coolly decorated and wonderfully spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With a Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and plenty of soft furnishings, the charming lounge makes an ideal space for you all to sit back and relax. You can gather round the central dining table to share all your favourite family meals which you can rustle up in the fully equipped kitchen which opens onto the back garden. Heading upstairs, you will find the light and stylish family bathroom and two cosy bedrooms, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and a Juliet balcony: there’s a cheerful twin room and a lovely king-size room which has a handy en-suite shower room. Stepping outside, the delightful courtyard garden has outdoor furniture, providing a cheerful spot for dining alfresco on a sunny summer’s day. Almost an island on the edge of Suffolk, the picturesque market town of Southwold has some great places to eat and drink, and is home to a lovely beach, a golf course, lighthouse, model boat pond and the Electric Picture Palace.
