Excellent location very cosy property
Positives the location was by far the best thing about the property. Located near the high street and the beach great base for exploring Southwold. However the property is really small I would call it extreme cosy we are only a family of 3 but it still felt very very small. The stairs are very steep and would not advise if you have young children. And I’m sorry to say the bedrooms were really hot even with the windows open I didn’t sleep a full night in the 4 days I was there not helped by seagulls who start squawking with the windows being open. The size of the double was so small that someone who has overpacked (me) meant no room what so ever was left on the floor. Also the cleanliness wasn’t great the carpet was filthy and felt sticky on the feet.
