Rented this stay while visiting my sister in town. It was clean and the hosts were very friendly. Unit D was a little hidden (down around the side and to the back) and it came down to a guessing game between doors, but just keep an eye out for the electronic lock and you should be able to identify the door. Not the quietest of spots, as the hosts do have a dog and several children actively playing during the day, in addition to other tenants on site. The driveway for unit D is loose stones and I slipped more than once trying to walk from the car down to my door. If you're on the clumsier side like me I'd rent unit B instead, as that drive is paved. Dog poop increased in volume over the month along the walk adding to the difficulty, but when addressed with the hosts it was cleaned up the next day. Items provided onsite were fine but be ready to bring in additional items to cook or keep the space clean. I've left my recommendations with the hosts but I ended up borrowing/purchasing a swiffer, broom and dust pan, an ice cube tray, a fan (prior to the a.c. being hooked up), a cutting board and knife, tupperware, a bath mat, salt and pepper, and a few other home essentials that wouldn't be missed in a short stay but made a huge difference over the course of a month. There are no directions for connecting to the wifi or working the television (buttons on remote are faded) but I figured it out without much issue. I can see someone less familiar with technology struggling though. Laundry is shared and located OUTSIDE your apartment (via the bedroom door, but then right next door) so be prepared to coordinate with the other tenants and have a basket or bag ready to move your stuff. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, hand soap, dish soap, dryer sheets, and detergent were all provided (but I did prefer to use my own -sensitive skin) along with some small snacks, tea and coffee, and freshly baked cookies on move in day. All in all it was a positive experience and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Just don't leave your sandals outside, or the dog WILL make them his new favorite toy. R.I.P. my Birkenstocks.
