"Showed up at apartment and could not get in. Finally was able to find some help and was told that I was supposed to pick up key at another town. Go figure on why? I was told that an email was sent to me on directions for pickup - never saw email and no instructions regarding this on Expedia. Waited over an hour for someone to come with the key.
