"A very useful hotel as a stopover to or from Bilbao as it has 24 hr reception and large on site free car park.Easy to find location and good value and quite spacious standard rooms.Bathroom had a small but convenient bathtub plus hairdryer.Small point, the bed linen and towels although clean and in good condition had a strong smell possibly the detergent used?"

She was always attentive, going out of her way to ensure every guest felt comfortable and taken care of. It was clear that she genuinely cared about everyone's well-being and comfort, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming and hospitable place to stay after a long day in el camino."
