"This rental was clean and spacious in a nice quiet hamlet about 3 km south of Rousillon with free parking. However at first it was difficult to find as the listing shows it in the center of Rousillon. Once we found it and met the owner, she was very responsive despite the fact that we spoke little French and she spoke little English. "The apartment is a very easy walk to town and just a short distance from a nice grocery store (follow the signs to Albion Bikes; the InterMarche is just on the other side of the roundabout.). The apartment has a very nice layout and includes essentials such as bath towels and linens but you must bring your own toilet paper etc. The view of Mt Ventoux from the living area is spectacular. Maurice and his wife were wonderful hosts."

"My partner and I had a lovely stay at 'Les Ecureuils' this past January. The flat was compact, but had everything we needed, and the owners were very pleasant. As we visited during winter, it was quite cold in the house even with the heaters, but there were plenty of extra blankets, so there were no issues there. Lastly, the location is great if you are looking for a peaceful setting and the sunsets from the bedroom window are stunning."

"This is our second stay in this apartment, semi-dead of winter. The work on the Place Jean Jaures is almost done, we had hoped to see the finished work but it was interesting to watch the fine workmanship that went into the product. The location is excellent for walking within the city, and driving on day trips to Aix, Avignon and the Sunday market in L'Isle sur la Sorgue is a must do for lovers of food and brocante. Leave by 9:00 am to have a decent parking spot."
