Built on an elevated spot at the village of Agia Triada, just 9 km away from the renaissance city of Rethymno, Villa Hara offers breathtaking views of the sea and Psiloritis Mountain. Set in an area of magnificent natural beauty, surrounded by gardens of pretty flowering shrubs and fruit trees, Villa Hara is also conveniently located close to shops for your everyday needs.
Villa Hara brings a traditional home feeling to your holidays, with its Cretan character, decorated in a rustic manner with traditional furniture. Built in, 2006 and renovated in 2012, the property consists of 2 buildings on two different levels -a 120 sq.m. main house and a 50 sq. m. separate studio- and can accommodate 8 people in beds and up to 9 people if needed in its 4 bedrooms.
Layout
Autonomous Studio
The autonomous studio on the first floor has its own private entrance and hosts the first bedroom. This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00) which can be formed into two single beds upon request (0,80 x 2,00) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. Additionally, the studio features its own lounge with a fireplace, as well as a kitchenette. Finally, the studio offers direct access to the pool terrace.
Main House
The main house features a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The living area boasts an open fireplace, a 55 smart TV, as well as direct access to the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware and home appliances as well as a dining table comfortably seating up to 8 guests. Each of the 3 ground-floor bedrooms offers a double bed, individually controlled A/C, closet & direct access to the garden. One of the bedrooms enjoys an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage cabin, while the remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub, a washer/dryer, and a hair dryer.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00) which can be formed into two single beds upon request (0,80 x 2,00), and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. This bedroom also features a self-controlled A/C, a closet, and direct access to the pool area.
Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), a self-controlled A/C, a closet, and direct access to the pool area.
Bedroom 4: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), a self-controlled A/C, a closet, and direct access to the pool area.
These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub, and a washer and dryer
Outdoor Area
The outdoor area of Villa Hara expands 4,000m and offers breathtaking views of the sea and natural landscape.
More specifically the outdoor facilities include:
- A 20 m2 private swimming pool, 1,60 m. deep. The pool area is equipped with sun beds, side tables, a poolside shower, and umbrellas.
- A built-in barbecue facility. Adjacent to the BBQ area is a 6-seater dining table.

- A playground for your little ones to enjoy all the fun!
- A spacious garden with an area for kids to play and a playground spot next to the pool.

Villa Hara is located on a hill next to "Agia Triada" village, a small village with quietness which is ideal for relaxing, and for almost all kind of vacations. You can stay close to the villa and enjoy the calmness of the area, the panoramic views and one of the best beaches in Crete or you can take advantage of the villas central location and explore our amazing island!
In the village of Agia Triada you will only find a small traditional tavern that you will love! Moreover the bigger villages "Pigi" and "Adele" where you can find all kind of shops, supermarkets, bakeries and several taverns are only 3 km away!
About 6 km away from the villa you will also find the well known tourist area of "Platanias" with many organised beaches, night clubs, big market and restaurants!
