"Location is great and close to campus. The place was clean but the beds are vary hard. It would have also been helpful for them to have a welcome book or something in the apartment to help guests with additional information - such as wifi, tv, check out, etc. We could have also used a trash bag in the kitchen garbage."

The facilities are good for groups all ages. The owner has gone to great lengths to ensure guests' are comfortable. Communications were prompt and easy. "Great house, we had a great stay. The house is very large, with comfortable bedrooms with good beds. The direct area is very quiet. We've been to Parc Asterix, to Paris (car to Château-Thierry and train direct to Paris Est 55 min), the beautifull city of Reims (free parking at René Tys, next to parc Léo Lagrange.
