"Very cool little place in old town Bilbao. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The front desk was amazing and she let us leave our bags for a few hours after we checked out. Smaller rooms but a comfortable bed and everything was very clean."

"The location near Plaza Moyua is perfect for the airport bus and getting down to Bilbao Old Town. Nice and quiet at night even though its central location. I would stay here again if need be. Althought the check in was really slow for whatever reason I will never know. The check out was worse. Even though we could show that the booking was fully paid for the guy was adament that we had not paid even though the credit card digits matched what was on our booking. "Having to call for the shuttle only after getting baggage. We couldn’t schedule it the day before and had to wait until we got our luggage the day of. Sitting outside after a late night flight waiting for a shuttle…..I thought that odd. Perhaps the hotel was short staffed? "
