The beautiful apartment complex is centrally located in the Baltic Sea resort of Rerik and offers a carport for your car, bike sheds and bike racks outdoors. The garden area offers sunbeds and lawn, as well as a sandbox and a small playground. In the general area of ​​the complex you will also find a washing machine with coin machine. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach, the Salzhaff, as well as supermarket and bakery can be reached quickly.

Residence Lighthouse Apartment 19:
Welcome to our cozy 3-bedroom apartment with about 70m ² on the 2nd floor. The apartment offers two beautiful balconies with east and west orientation. The beautiful living room leads to the west-facing balcony and is equipped with a comfortable seating area, as well as TV, radio, DVD player and the dining area. The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200cm) and a wardrobe, from here you enter the east balcony. The small bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. The separate, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and espresso machine, and the bathroom complete the apartment. In the apartment you have a travel cot (without cushions), a high chair, iron and ironing board free of charge. Outside, there is a car parking space under the carport, a washing machine and a bicycle shed available during your stay.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Top Wohnung mit Service, der sehr zu wünschen übrig lässt
3 Sterne setzen sich wie folgt zusammen: Anreise am Samstag in eine tolle, relativ gepflegte (Abflusstöpsel Badezimmer kaputt, Nachttischlampe zerbrochen, aber einfach stehen gelassen) und saubere Wohnung in Rerik. Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt. Zu unserer Verwunderung wurde davon ausgegangen, dass man in einem Bett schläft, wenn man eine Wohnung mit zwei Zimmern bucht - bei anderen Anbietern sind grundsätzlich alle Betten bezogen oder es wird am Telefon nachgefragt. Da das zweite Bett kein Laken hatte und die Schlüsselübergabestelle schon geschlossen war, mussten wir teuer eines beim Edeka nachkaufen, da telefonisch das ganze Wochenende einfach niemand zu erreichen ist. Die Email, die wir mit Bitte der Erstattung der Kosten am Samstag noch geschrieben haben, blieb bis Dienstag unbeantwortet, erst nach Nachfragen über das Kontaktformular kam überhaupt eine Antwort. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung, sondern der Hinweis, das hätten wir dazu sagen müssen. Kein wirklich toller Service, das kennen wir von anderen Agenturen ganz anders.

Für uns war alles bestens, die Wohnung super und der Carport sehr schön. Wir können diese FW nur weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Endlich mal wieder Reisen
In der Beschreibung für das Objekt sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, dass kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden ist und das es für ältere Menschen extrem schwierig ist einen Koffer die Treppe hoch zu tragen. Dies war bei uns der Fall. Außerdem sollten nicht bei jedem Windzug in der Wohnung Wollmäuse unter Betten und Schränken hervorkommen. Abgesehen davon war die Wohnung schön und gut gelegen. Für Jüngere und Familien mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen.
