Careful staff
The staff is super nice and helped us in everything they could. We had to stay until later due to a work appointment and it was not possible to do a late checkout (they're full for the next day). They made their best to accomodate us in a table on the hall, turned off the music and were all the time worried with our comfort. Thanks!

Soweit alles ok. Die Flutkatastrophe hat das Städtchen schwer getroffen und darum funktionierte auch noch nicht alles. Das Motorrad musste ich auf der Strasse parkieren

Buen hotel de 2*
Mas de lo que se espera en hotel de 2*... la habitacion amplia (303) y con los servicios necesarios para estar comodos. La nevera enfria un monton y se agradece. El personal superagradable y dandonos todas las facilidades con las bicis que llevabamos (opcion de subirlas a la habitacion o dejarlas en el maletero). Por 20 euros mas nos dejaron mas tiempo una de las habitaciones para poder ducharnos los 4 amigos que ibamos.

Hotel muy bien situado en Requena, cerca del centro activo de la ciudad y junto a la entrada de la zona más antigua, que es maravillosa. Como aspectos menos positivos citaré la decoración de las habitaciones, algo oscuras, y el hecho de que no ofrecen servicio de desayuno. De todas maneras hay cerca cafeterías estupendas y el hotel resulta realmente silencioso y tranquilo.

La habitación que nos dieron nada tenía que ver con la que salía en la foto al hacer la reserva. 4 camas en una habitación mínima con una ventanita por la que apenas entraba luz y que daba a un patio horroroso. El aire acondicionado hacia un ruido constante. Solo nos pusieron un sobre de gel de baño para los 4. El olor a tabaco rancio en el pasillo era vomitivo.

No es un hotel de 1 estrella, sino de 3
Un 10 todo: la ubicación, la higiene, la atención en recepción, el horario de check-in (12h!). No se puede entender que el hotel tenga solo una estrellas, se merece dos más como mínimo.
