Key didn’t work, again receptionist rang someone for support, she was still unable to sort so moved us to a different room. "Whilst the room was cleanish, the cups were dirty & chipped. The bed was comfortable, however the Air Conditioning didn’t work & it was incredibly hot. We were unable to open the windows to cool the room down, due to the noise from outside, therefore unable to get a restful nights sleep. The shower sealants were mouldy. The bathroom fixtures & fittings were in a very poor condition & there were 3 broken tiles in the shower. It also smelled of dampness. "
