"Bel emplacement, très bien pour aller randonner. Cependant, plusieurs choses ne vont pas (logement V25) : - la ventilation dans la cuisine ne fonctionne pas, et absence de hotte aspirante, d'où les tâches d'humidité au plafond qui doivent commencer à dater - l'isolation phonique du logement, on entend le voisin ronfler comme s'il était dans la pièce à côté. Un jour de plusieurs centimètres au niveau de la porte d'entrée, ce qui n'arrange pas l'isolation, et qui de surcroît laisse entrer l'odeur...
