The house had somethings wrong. Coffee was left in the caffee maker. Dust on everything. Water pressure was slow. And had to wait for hot water. But we hope you like the way we left it.

Just okay.
I was expecting a five-star stay with all the raving reviews and the price of this house but it fell short for us. Negatives:Cleanliness was an issue for us, dishes and pans that had food stuck to them, there was a dirty towel on the floor in the bathroom and the accent blanket on the bed had what looked like dog hair and white flakes resembling dander. The other issue was the disrepair of the place, remote with batteries taped in, upper balcony door with broken lock, various places of missing plaster,shoddy paint jobs. It's one of those places that's beautiful from a distance. Positives: The home had a great location, plenty of room for large groups and was comfortable.

Making Great Family Memories!
Perfect getaway for a group. We came for our nieces wedding and brought our five children along with 3 spouses along with us. (No kids allowed at wedding). This 5 bedroom house fit not only us but our 3 single boys, and our 3 married kids with spouses. As all of the bedrooms are upstairs we made some great memories sharing two full bathrooms and watching the adult children help each other out with ironing and style suggestions. This is our second time using the property and have fully enjoyed it both times.

The property was as described. The check in/out procedures were very simple. The bathroom sinks were clogged the first night and Roshauna got a plumber there within a few hours. House was spacious and beds were comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home with our family!

House was close to outlet mall, and was perfect for our group. Owners were accommodating and we had no problems or issues. Everything went smooth and accommodations were awesome. Recommend checking out the water bar up the street if you have time.

Excellent Property
Outstanding home, plenty of space, great location to everything, house was well stocked. The only downside was the curfew, no issues with neighbors but had to stay inside after 10pm to avoid problems. Overall I highly recommend. The house was gorgeous, easy to get to, lots of parking, fully stocked, super easy checkin, we will definitely rent this property again.

Wonderful stay in Sparks, NV!
Our Memorial Day weekend family get-together was made even more wonderful by the comfort and location of this home. We especially enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, the lovely, shaded back patio, and the proximity to the Legends shopping mall. It was a perfect setting for our group of six adults and three children (ages 2-5). We will definitely try to book this home again on a future trip to the Reno area.

Wonderful place to gather with family. Comfy beds, spacious rooms and great location. Near casinos and Lake Tahoe! Lots of towels and extra linen. Nice walk path around the lake and shopping just around the corner.

Lovely location, Wonderful Property Hostess/Owner
We flew from Houston to attend our granddaughter’s wedding the week of August 7th. I started planning and coordinating our trip way back in December, researching the best accommodations based on our budget. This home was a perfect fit! We hosted a large dinner for our kids and friends and had plenty of room. As we only see our kids once or twice a year, we were so happy to have a central location for a perfect family reunion. The best features were a beautiful, quiet location, size, ease of booking, as well as checking in and out. I want to particularly offer a huge THANK YOU! to Roshauna for bending over backwards to accommodate a special request, personally communicating with me on a very minor maintenance issue, and allowing us to share such a comfortable home with my family.

Winter Vacation
The property is very nice with a great location. Plenty of comfortable beds for a large group. Kayaking in the lake at sunset was so nice. Communicate with the owner by phone and not email.
