Time will stand still, and each breath aligned with the gentle pulse of the earth. This enchanting escape is poised to offer you this heartfelt tranquility. Anticipate a haven of rest, ready to embrace you. Experience leisurely activities like bocce, birding, hiking, biking, quading, horseback riding, and more while enjoying proximity to Carson Reno & Tahoe.
The space
This is a 3 bedroom with an Office, 2 1/2 bathroom, single story home with mountain views throughout. It offers a stocked kitchen for meal preparation and dining. Our dining table sits 8 people. Exterior dining arrangements are offered at the back patio, with more seating around it. There is a bocce court and fenced in lawn for guests to enjoy.

Guest access
Practically the whole inside of the house is for the registered guests to enjoy. There are up to 5 approved parking spots in the driveway. If the guest prefers to park inside the garage, there is 1 car space and the garage door must be opened & closed from the inside. The other half of the garage are owners belongings. A separate fenced locked yard to the side of the home is reserved for the owners personal property.
