I checked in really late at night; the staff was very accommodating. After having said that, oddly there was no shampoo or other toiletries in the room. Just make sure you bring some before you check in. I think it's normal, just wasn't expected. It was also easy for me to park a truck and small u-haul trailer.

Terrible customer service. My room has only been cleaned once in two weeks, even though I have scheduled it to be cleaned twice a week. Instead of getting clean sheets and towels, all that i have received are apologies.

This is a really nice hotel, especially considering how inexpensive it is. It’s clean and my room is spacious and modern, and the front desk staff is very welcoming and kind. The bed is comfortable and cozy. Definitely recommend if you need a place to stay in the area!
