Great location near UNR
This house is located near the park and UNR. Our group hiked around in the park during the morning, hung out on the back deck in the early afternoon, then headed over to UNR for the football game. The house fit our 3 couple nicely. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We definitely loved the house for our weekend stay in Reno!

We had a family get together for our daughters 18th birthday. She is a Freshman at UNR. Grandma flew out and met us. It was great to have a home in which we could play games, socialize etc. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Great stay!

It was a little hot with all of the beds being upstairs and the fan in the master bedroom did not work. Just bought a fan for the last two nights and was fine.

Very clean. Beds were comfy. AC worked great. Neighborhood was very quiet. There was a Dragon Light show at night at the park nearby that was really impressive. Very convenient location. Ceiling fan in master bedroom did not rotate. No other issues. I would stay again for sure!

Quiet, clean, convenient
Very clean, nice beds, could have used a couple more towels, but then noticed there were clean ones in the dryer on my last day, so I know better next time. Ceiling fan in master bedroom did not rotate, would have been nice to have at night. Otherwise, great place plenty of space and near to all attractions of the area. Thanks for sharing your home.

Exemplary. Immaculate, spacious quiet convenient location.
I have rented vacation apartments, and vacation homes throughout the United States and Europe. This was one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in. The location was fantastic— half a mile away from the university of Nevada Reno, a mile and a half to the casino area, two blocks away from an enormous state park, this house is located in a residential neighborhood that is quiet and private. There is a small deck off the house that gives a sense of solitude. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen i I have ever experienced in a rental including small items, including cutting boards, bread knife, a cheese, grater, pancake flippers, togs, pasta pot, sauté pans, baking pans, glassware, multiple sets of bowls/dishes, cutlery, sugar, flour, rice, iced tea, mix, teabags, coffee, spices galore. I truly felt like I was in my own home. The air conditioning and ceiling fans were perfect. Lots of light Kitchen table for six, king size bed was super comfortable and the linens were lovely. 2 1/2 baths. Everything was immaculate. two car garage. Nearly everything appeared to be brand new. Reno is much smaller than I expected it to be and everything is within a 15 minute drive but this house and its location was perfect for almost anything you wanted to do in Reno. EXCELLENT.
