UNR Graduation

Wonderful house close to Reno!
We stayed here for 5 days for our son’s wedding in Reno. We had the Grandmother’s and other family members and this was a wonderful place to stay with everyone able to be together for the wedding events! Everything was perfect and we will definately stay here again!!

Spotless Property
I chose this property for its cleanliness ratings & reviews. It did not disappoint. Perfect house for the location we wanted. Huge garage to tuck away 2 large vehicles plus the driveway. I reserved Whitaker Park for a small graduation party. It’s a short walk to the park. The property had everything we needed. We previously owned a VRBO house, I’m picky on what I expect. We would stay here again if needed for the location.

Wonderful property

Great family place!
Got our family together for Hot August Nights. Place was great and roomy, every room has its own bathroom which was amazing! And while the house is all on one floor there are stairs up from the driveway. And parking was a little difficult with such a narrow street and the people across the way parking in the alley. A little noisy being right next to the freeway, but inside the house you can't hear a thing. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful house and good location, a little cramped for 12 people
Check in was easy, communication with the property managers was great and they were kind enough to let us check in a little early. The place was beautiful and clean. Although the listing indicated space for 12, it was a bit tight for that many people; the rooms with double beds were not really full sized beds and it was tough fitting two people in those beds. Otherwise a really great stay!

Perfect adult family house
Wedding family gathering. Spacious. All bedrooms have bathrooms. Seating on deck and grill were well used. Nicely decorated, updated, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, large garage and parking spaces. Some I-80 traffic noise. Great view of Mt Rose!

Beautiful Home - Location Excellent
We rented this home for our large family while we were in Reno for a wedding. The home was so beautiful and clean when we arrived. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed and more. Love that each bedroom has its own closet and bathroom. The location is close to the freeway and everywhere we needed to go. I was a little concerned about the house being located around fraternity houses, but we never had any issues with noise or disturbances.

Great stay...very clean!
We had a great stay at this property. It was four adults and four children. We loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The house was immaculate. I had a question for the property manager once we arrived and my text was answered immediately. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Only suggestion would be to stock house with cleaning supplies so we could keep up with the cleaning throughout the week. Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay at this property again.

Supplied beautifully
We have stayed at several vrbo properties. This one was by far one of the most well supplied I’ve seen. There was coffee for us and any kitchen dishes and pans needed for our family of 6 to cook meals. The beds were comfortable and they supplied plenty of towels and toiletries to include shampoo and lotion as well. Very nice place a bit noisy in the deck due to the highway close but we still enjoyed dinner outside.

FIVE STAR PROPERTY & CONVENIENT TO UNR CAMPUS
Our family was in Reno to celebrate our grandson's graduation! The property is very convenient for getting to the campus; it's almost within walking distance! How wonderful to have full bathrooms and walk-in closets in every bedroom, comfy beds with lovely linens. Each room has a nice-sized smart tv. Kitchen is very roomy and well-equipped with new appliances. Lots of dishes, silverware, drinkware, pots & pans, toaster, blender, a keurig with coffeepods, sugar & sweetners to getcha goin'! Minerva St is a very quiet little one-way lane with plenty of parking with two car garage, and 2 space driveway. Being just off University St is very convenient, with a Raley's grocery about about 1/2 mile away. We had a request and the manager responded within minutes. It wasn't a problem for us, but there are a few stairs to go up to the main floor from the front door. The entire property has lovely contemporary decor. Very comfortable. We will definitely use this lovely, sparkling-clean property next time we are in the area!

Family Reno Trip
This was not only our first trip to Reno, it was our first experience with VRBO. The home did look like the pictures. The kitchen was stocked very well with the essentials. The gas grill was very nice. The outside patio was very nice. We were surprised by the very loose headboards on the beds. So much that in at least three of the rooms just to get on the bed created banging against the wall. We were concerned about colored bedsheets. Could they be washed properly between guests since they were not able to be bleached. Finally we were provided eight facecloths ,hand towels and bath towels for six people for a week. This obligated us to wash towels several times during the week. However the laundry room was nice. We wanted to have family time and relax some days but found that the three TVs were difficult to navigate as they were all different and only had streaming channels. The home was nice. A little more maintenance on the beds would have improved their overall comfort. Since this was our first experience with a vacation stay outside a hotel or resort, we felt it was nice enough .
