Fully remodeled luxury in a super kid and dog friendly, perfectly located 1940’s charmer.

Designed with every comfort and consideration for our human and canine guests in mind. Whimsical “vintage circus” inspired decor and a separate game room to enjoy! Top of the line mattresses, bedding, a fully stocked high-end kitchen for even the most discerning cook, dog beds and crate on sight, even play toys and accessories for our smaller two and four-legged guests.

This property was amazing. Never stayed in a home where they provided everything from deodorant to ice. Beautifully remodeled and catered to the needs of the renter. Once the back yard is finished this property will be a 10!

The Getaway
Enjoyed hiking the river and Chrystal Peak Park in Verdi with our two dogs. The home was inviting and cozy. We really enjoyed that fireplace. The beds were very comfortable. Would love to return some day.

The house was at a convenient location for us and the fenced in yard for our dogs was a big plus. Marilyn is a great host with excellent communication. The house was well organized and very tidy with all the comforts of home. Would definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect place for us! Pet friendly with a huge backyard, and lots of extras for our furbs. Marilynn provided lots of extras for the humans too! She even surprised us with cupcakes for my birthday from a local neighborhood bakery! She was very accommodating and flexible. The home was nicely decorated, clean, cozy, and comfortable! I would definitely stay again!

Perfect Snow Days!
2 parents, 3 teens, and a very happy border collie truly enjoyed a winter weekend in Reno! We loved watching the landscape transform around us....from dry high desert to magical blanket of snow. The house was warm, cozy, and accented with memorable art and amenities throughout. We saw a Broadway show, visited 2 museums, and enjoyed local restaurants while visiting - and we're so glad to have such a comfortable spot to land!

Great house with a huge fenced backyard and a fun games room. Very well stocked with everything you'd need to cook as well as toiletries is you forgot anything. Marilyn even set out a dog treat and toy.

Reno Getaway
This rental was perfect for my friend and I who met for a long weekend getaway. The house was really comfortable (great layout), decor was tasteful, and the location was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There are really fun additions like a game room and mini bar! The backyard is in need of a makeover (landscaping) but it didn’t really impact us as we didn’t sit outside. It has a ton of potential. Overall, we would definitely stay again and would highly recommend! Thank you so much!

Pup paradise!
We had a great experience at this property with our three dogs. The home is impeccable and has everything you may need! Our first night we played air hockey and skee ball. The host had great recommendations within the binder - noble pie was our favorite. If we come back to town, we will definitely stay here!

Great House
This house was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed. The host responds quickly and very accommodating. The house was very clean and the fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to cook. We loved that everything was 5 to 10 min drive from the house. If you stay here we highly recommend Old Southwest Social House for food and drinks, which is right down the street. Their Polenta fries are delicious.

So Accommodating!!
This house is everything the ad says and more! There’s everything from creamer and coffee, hot tea and honey to air freshener and shampoo and conditioner!! I will most definitely be booking a stay here again in the near future!! Super cute house. It reminds me of my parents house. I can’t say enough about how great of a time we had celebrating my sons 1st birthday here!

Short Reno Visit
We live 90 min away and wanted a night away before everyone went back to school. It was cheaper to stay in Reno than Tahoe. This home is a good location close to many things. The inside is lovely and clean and spacious. Only feedback is that as least one of the beds listed as "Queens" doesn't appear to be a Queen. Perhaps a double or full-but not super roomy for a couple used to a Queen sized. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Excellent short stay.
I brought my wife and adult daughter to Reno as I was participating in the United States Bowling Congress Open Championship. The home was as advertised and you can tell it was very clean, comfortable and clearly has been renovated inside. Very quit neighbourhood and was easy to get where I needed to go quickly. Highly recommend this property to others and if I come back to Reno, I will definitely see if this property is available. The host was very quick in response to my questions and set up the home for our two small dogs.

Super Cute, Central Location & Fully Stocked
The house was cleverly and thoughtfully decorated and the theme flowed from room to room which was inviting and fun. Marilyn did a great job communicating and stocking the house with helpful things that made our stay easier. The house seemed close to everything no matter which end of town we were headed to. All in all we had a great time hanging out, getting a little work done, enjoying the game room and doing some light cooking.
