Fully remodeled luxury in a super kid and dog friendly, perfectly located 1940’s charmer.

Designed with every comfort and consideration for our human and canine guests in mind. Whimsical “vintage circus” inspired decor and a separate game room to enjoy! Top of the line mattresses, bedding, a fully stocked high-end kitchen for even the most discerning cook, dog beds and crate on sight, even play toys and accessories for our smaller two and four-legged guests.

Great home, cozy feel, fenced yard
We were in town for a National dog show and we’re please to find an affordable home with a full privacy fenced backyard for our dogs to get exercise after our long drive from Missouri. The host was very nice and accommodating . We have no complaints and it looks like she’s having yard work done soon to add artificial grass which will be so nice. The only thing I didn’t care for was the Sandy dirt I had to walk through in the backyard but like I said it looks like she’s working on fixing the yard up.

This property was amazing. Never stayed in a home where they provided everything from deodorant to ice. Beautifully remodeled and catered to the needs of the renter. Once the back yard is finished this property will be a 10!

Family Gatherings
Our main objective in finding a place in Reno was to find a home with a fence and someone that allowed family gatherings. It’s surprising how many B&B don’t allow guests. This one did. The house was perfect. It was clean and had everything we could possibly need. The bonus has an air hockey table in the back. So much fun for our 6 boys visiting us! The house is super cute. Marilyn always answered any questions quickly. We enjoyed our stay. Our dog loved the back yard. We enjoyed the visits of our family and friends. We will definitely be back. Thank you Marilyn🌷

Wow! This house is just lovely, just as pictured and soooo close to everything!!! The owner is super thoughtful, from cold water in the fridge to toiletries in the bathroom. Such a treasure. Hope to visit again soon!!!

Okay, not great
Cars go way to fast on street, keep kids and pets away. Neighbors on left with golf cart, horse trailer in driveway are slobs. Yard is embarrassing, they haven’t touched their yard in a very long time. They park a truck that blocks the sidewalk, Sanford and Sons. Enough about them, the house is very nice. Had a hiccup at the beginning but was taken care of quickly. Wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival. Way too much gravel front and back yards. Gets tracked in all the time. Had everything we needed, very cool decor. Beds are small, no queen or king, just 2 twin or full beds I think. Back yard has an rv pad with full hookups, hope they do something with all the dirt back there though. Nice new BBQ, we enjoyed the place, just needs a good detail, deep cleaning. Garage w/ opener but never used, washer dryer. Good communication, nice home.

Reno Getaway
This rental was perfect for my friend and I who met for a long weekend getaway. The house was really comfortable (great layout), decor was tasteful, and the location was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There are really fun additions like a game room and mini bar! The backyard is in need of a makeover (landscaping) but it didn’t really impact us as we didn’t sit outside. It has a ton of potential. Overall, we would definitely stay again and would highly recommend! Thank you so much!

This was the perfect place for us! Pet friendly with a huge backyard, and lots of extras for our furbs. Marilynn provided lots of extras for the humans too! She even surprised us with cupcakes for my birthday from a local neighborhood bakery! She was very accommodating and flexible. The home was nicely decorated, clean, cozy, and comfortable! I would definitely stay again!

The Getaway
Enjoyed hiking the river and Chrystal Peak Park in Verdi with our two dogs. The home was inviting and cozy. We really enjoyed that fireplace. The beds were very comfortable. Would love to return some day.

Perfect Snow Days!
2 parents, 3 teens, and a very happy border collie truly enjoyed a winter weekend in Reno! We loved watching the landscape transform around us....from dry high desert to magical blanket of snow. The house was warm, cozy, and accented with memorable art and amenities throughout. We saw a Broadway show, visited 2 museums, and enjoyed local restaurants while visiting - and we're so glad to have such a comfortable spot to land!

Short Reno Visit
We live 90 min away and wanted a night away before everyone went back to school. It was cheaper to stay in Reno than Tahoe. This home is a good location close to many things. The inside is lovely and clean and spacious. Only feedback is that as least one of the beds listed as "Queens" doesn't appear to be a Queen. Perhaps a double or full-but not super roomy for a couple used to a Queen sized. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Wow!! Book this cozy house now! Has everything anyone could look for. Completely fenced yard and dog supplies made the trip with our dogs. My family stayed here for a UNR graduation and we were pleasantly surprised how close by everything was. Clean, sanitary, and VERY well stocked home. We would book this and only this every time we are in town! Our host was so attentive and left a personal message for our graduate🥰 The attention to detail in the decor is spot on we all slept so well on the very cozy beds. Thank you Marilyn ❤️

This house is everything the ad says and more! There’s everything from creamer and coffee, hot tea and honey to air freshener and shampoo and conditioner!! I will most definitely be booking a stay here again in the near future!! Super cute house. It reminds me of my parents house. I can’t say enough about how great of a time we had celebrating my sons 1st birthday here!
