"Our only complaint was that one week here was not enough! We stayed for one week July/Aug 2024. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The bread service is such a nice extra perk! The kids loved the waterpark. The area is full of too many things to do! The kitchen had all we needed to eat in as often as we wanted. I couldn’t complain about anything but having to leave. "

"The staff was nice. I won't use this site to book if we stay again. We had the squeeky bed in the diagonal room. The other rooms looked better. Book with them. Beautiful surroundings. Dinner was awesome and breakfast was great, with made to order eggs. Cooked correctly. (That's hard to find) No fan I guess and so that means open windows. Summer can get hot!"

"+ Apartments sind schön und verfügen über eine tolle Aussicht - angekommen erhielten wir erst mal ein falsches Apartment mit nur einem Schlafzimmer. Nach Beschwerde an der Rezeption und dem Nachweis (Screenshot) wurde uns nach einer weiteren längeren Wartezeit ein anderes Apartment zugesagt. Im 9. Monat schwanger mit Gepäck und Kleinkind irrten wir dann ohne näherer Beschreibung durch unterirdische Gänge und Tiefgaragen auf der Suche nach dem anderen Zimmer. "Staying in a 300 year old house was absolutely wonderful! The owners have done a fantastic job renovating the original structure. All the newest kitchen appliances and bathroom amenities were incorporated into the landmark home. The best was the "grotto" sauna/shower downstairs! Fabulous! "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel's location is also a big plus—convenient and in a great area to explore. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!"

"This place is first rate, would absolutely stay again. It appears to be brand new, and everything was in impeccable, perfect condition. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating - he dealt with our late check-in, invited us to a local event (New Year's Eve fireworks!), and allowed us a late checkout to help us deal with a complicated family situation. Shower is beautiful, kitchen area is great, beds comfortable, and really nice coffee maker setup. The area is not particularly walkable, as you are not in the town, but the hotel is along a main road and is very easy to drive to. Great view of mountains of Bad Gastein, and only 5-10 minutes drive into town. Owner spoke perfect English, in case that's important to you. :)"

"Wow and wow and again wow!! The best hotel I have ever been to. We were with our 2 children and everyone had a great time. A hotel that is simply a paradise for children. We will definitely go back there again! Delicious food especially in the morning and evening, kind and excellent service, a great indoor pool, a playground for all ages, there is always something to do and many attractions near the hotel or within a short drive. We had an extraordinary experience! Highly recommend!"
