Cocoonr offers this flat for rent in Rennes, located in the city centre of Brittany's capital, a stone's throw from the SNCF train station, in a beautiful 1930s co-owned building. The flat offers a panoramic view of Rennes. Here, the charm of parquet flooring blends with contemporary, meticulous decoration. Located on the 7ᵉ floor, with a surface area of 45 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers, it comprises a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, and a shower room. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, and the beds are made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!

Excellent Apartment in a Great Location
We very much enjoyed our stay in Rennes. The apartment was well-sized, clean, and well-furnished, and was located just a block from Rennes's newest bus depot and train station. We recommend this apartment without hesitation.

praktische, gut erreichbare Unterkunft
Insgeamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Allerdings haben wir ein wenig notgedrungen trotz zum Teil ungemütlichen Wetters relativ viel Zeit außerhalb der Wohnung verbracht, da diese für 4 Personen relativ beengt ist. Es gibt lediglich 2 Schlafzimmer und eine sehr kleine Küche. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, sich zu viert an einen Tisch zu setzen und bspw. gemeinsam zu essen. In der Küche ist zwar alles vorhanden, aber es gibt lediglich einen Satz Geschirr für 4 Personen. Absolut top ist die Lage in Bahnhofsnähe und mit einem kleinen hervorragenden Bäcker um die Ecke.

Tea Time "If you want to stay in a modern city, very close to a state of the art train station (which is a two minute walk away) this is the place for you. Extremely safe, loads of shops, cafes and even a nice pub across the road. This apartment is for you. There’s a lift up to the apartment which is very handy. All in all, I’ll be back to Rennes. This apartment made the stay so memorable - only 90 minutes to Paris on the TGV …and it goes from the super convenient train station 200 metres away."

I’m 58. There was zero damage and we left the apartment clean. No refund after 14 days. Property is fine -/ it is on the 7th floor and the lift only goes to 6. So be aware. Thee rest of the stay was excellent.

Le quartier est calme et charmant, avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité. L'intérieur est moderne, bien aménagé, et équipé de tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Le contact sur place a été amical, réactif et flexible concernant l'horaire de notre arrivée. Les instructions sont claires et éclairantes par rapport à nos besoins (code wifi, instructions avant le départ du logement, etc.). Le logement proposé est spacieux, propre et dispose d'un équipement bien utile (exemple du fer à repasser). Il ne comporte que deux chambres et pas de salon. Toutefois, cela n'est pas un inconvénient dans la mesure où le logement ne sert que de pied à terre. Une expérience et un logement à un prix attractif que je recommande."

Tea Time The flat is located very close to the Train Station (5-7 min walk) and not far away from the City Center on foot (20 min walking distance), which makes the location ideal for travelers. The check-in was really easy as well as the check-out. Agency Staff was very kind and responsive. I would recommend this place for visitors in the city ?? The only negative point was the toilet as it is a Vacuum Toilet, which was not very easy to understand at the beginning and it did not work that well. Otherwise, the flat is nice and was very clean.
